Jason Pena was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful with the purchase of my first Lexus vehicle. The SUV I wanted wasn’t available at any dealership and had to be ordered through a special allocation process, which took about two months. Jason stayed on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way—I knew this was a high-demand vehicle, and he made sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was that Jason even called me on his day off to answer some questions I had before picking up the vehicle. That level of dedication and customer service is rare. I highly recommend Jason Pena and the entire team at Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. Additionally, Anthony Piccirillo was extremely helpful with the financing process the day before I picked up the truck. He took the time to walk me through every line item on the lease, which I greatly appreciated. Jose, the tech guru, was also fantastic. He explained all the features of my new SUV in a way that was easy to understand—especially since this vehicle is much more high-tech than my last one.
