I cannot say enough great things about my recent experience with Joanna and the team at Rallye Lexus. When my check engine light came on just days before an anniversary trip to the city, I was understandably anxious. I called Rallye in a bit of a panic, and Joanna immediately stepped in to help. Within minutes, she had arranged for my car to be picked up and a loaner dropped off, talk about going above and beyond. What truly stood out was the speed and clarity with which Joanna handled everything. Within an hour, she called with a clear diagnosis and the fantastic news that the necessary part would arrive in time to complete the repair within 48 hours, just in time for my trip. Her calm, professional manner turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and effortless experience. Every interaction I’ve had with Joanna and Rallye Lexus has been exceptional. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care they show for their clients is unmatched. They’ve set a new standard for what customer service should be, and it’s a big part of why I’ll never take my business anywhere else. Thank you, Joanna, for once again delivering outstanding service. My service advisor, Michael Reidy, was professional and responsive to all my questions. Michael was very helpful in providing a loaner SUV for me so I did not have to wait many hours for the service required. Michael represents Lexus very well.

I called Rallye Lexus to inquire about availability of a

I called Rallye Lexus to inquire about availability of a specific trim and color of a Lexus TX 350. Jason Pena informed me that the one I'm looking for will be delivered and available within 2 weeks. He worked out a price that I was satisfied with and took care of everything over the phone. He communicated with me well during the process, even responding to me while he was not at the dealership. Everyone during the process were very courteous and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with the general manager, John Tetta a few weeks after picking up the vehicle. I mentioned that I was looking into getting running boards possibly during my first scheduled vehicle maintenance. He called me the next day to let me know he ordered running boards and there is no need to wait to get them. He scheduled an appointment immediately and provided a loaner car. His dedication and commitment showed that customer service and satisfaction is the number one priority of Rallye Lexus.

Shopping for a car, we stopped into Rallye Lexus and by luck we were introduced to Jason Pena. He was knowledgeable and right on point. Found my new car and kelp me in the loop until it was delivered. Highly recommend Jason and Rallye Lexus.
