my repair work was handled professionally by Ms, Oates. No complaints about the time it took, and was informed about the arrival time of the part needed for this repair.

I was losing air in a rear tire, so I dropped in at Rallye Lexus without an appointment. Mike Reidy said his crew would take a look, and unfortunately, there was a nail in the sidewall, so unfixable. Fortunately, a replacement was in stock, and the tire was replaced, the car washed, and I was in my way in under an hour.

Workmanship, attention to details, & wash of auto are all done well. Sadly, I was told that the driver's seat was NOT able to Raised to adjust to my needs!!

Very good. I was surprised. I bought my car from a Lexus dealer in Greenwich CT, a lots of lies. I didnt likeed it at all. They talked to you like you are the most stupid people when they want to explain something, I will not go there anymore.
