pretty good

friend recommend, good service, close to where I work and have more inventory to select. The only thing is the car come with so many new future very hard to understand how to use.

Correction of previous

Not so "Great experience" - PMARCH2000 VERIFIED CUSTOMER At Rallye Lexus I got the car of my (current) dreams at a fair price the same day. HOWEVER, I got totally jerked on my return of my previous lease- seemingly because I negotiated a good deal on this current lease. I legally owned that car for almost another full month, as that current lease was already paid just days before shopping for the new vehicle, But Rallye strong-armed that car from me and would not reimburse me for the months payment. They held my new car hostage until I returned the vehicle I still owned.. Hence, I would have been paying for the new car for those 3 plus weeks and not have use of it. I was forced to give them my vehicle I had paid for for almost another full month left Not cool and not legal. I am entitled to be reimbursed.

Very professional

I took my RX350 in for service. From the time I checked in the service reps were professional and courteous. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and if there was any questions and concerns they were readily available. The waiting are is comfortable and clean, they have A Starbucks machine

Great experience!

The job was done quickly and perfectly with every accommodation extended to me Including a rental car. I was called when my car was ready which was earlier than I expected.

Kevin was great and was very helpful

Your internet sales rep was very helpful from the beginning and she made sure I came in quickly to secure the vehicle I purchased the Lexus GX 460 certified. The salesperson Kevin Losee was very helpful and friendly. He made me feel at ease during the process of purchasing the vehicle.

Above and Beyond

They are always professional and thorough. This time they went above and beyond. I lost the key to the car - inside the car - between the seats. Looked for it for ten minutes at home by myself and couldn't find it. Drove to the appointment and I told them what happened. We had three people., including Pam looking for the key. Took them a bit of time too but they found them! When I leave there I know my car was in good hands.

Great folks to deal with

I Bought 4 cars from them , 1 from Carl and 3 from Kevin Losee and all were serviced here. I used to be a traveling salesman and have put hundred's of thousands of miles on my cars. They have always treated me well from my greeting from Carl to the wonderful service writers who look after me. You won't go wrong bringing your Lexus here.

I was advised if the GPS problem It was fixed promptly. I picking up my car and it was washed in the tank was full. Thanks for another convenient and professional experience
