excellent do not care to add more. Excellent is excellent. I submitted a lengthy review and my password was not accepted. Upon obtaining a new password everything was erased. I am starting to get annoyed.

Service was quick & efficient as promised. Mike explained the details of the service & when I should come back for the next service. Overall a pleasant visit. The coffee & bagels were very good as well.

Sales representative was informative, responsive but nit pushy. Asked and answered lots of questions to help us define our requirements and desires on the correct vehicle to replace one coming off lease. Sort out some last minute difficulties and accommodated us when there was a last minute/just after sale/drive off the lot change of heart on model selection. One of the better or best car dealer experiences I have had to date.

From the moment I called to schedule my "emergency" appointment, to the time I received my car back fully repaired, EVERYONE was courteous, professional, informative and friendly. I purchased my 1st Lexus at Rallye because of the Lexus reputation. I purchased my 2nd Lexus at Rallye because of your Service Department. My Service Advisor Joanna Oates, and the entire Rallye Service staff have been nothing short of phenomenal from the first time I set foot In Rallye. Don't ever stop!

Joanna was great. Very professional and respectful. Icame in 30 minutes ahead of schedule was taken early. This allowed me to work upstairs and leave in time for my 10:00 conference call.
