I just picked up my third car from Hassett today. ...

I just picked up my third car from Hassett today. I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. Tim is the the most knowledgeable and also the most professional new car salesman I've ever worked with. He's the nicest too. Thorough, prepared, prompt and he always has a kind word and a smile on his face. I never question the deal I get from Tim and there's no point in shopping it. It's never been beaten. Tim always finds a way to get you more than you thought you could afford for less than you would otherwise expect to spend. The Hassett service department is the best on Long Island. I never wait when I drop my car off. They take care of me immediately and I drive off. I'm completely satisfied with Hassett of Wantagh and Tim Coppola.

I am very pleased with my new Ford Explorer. Tim Coppola...

I am very pleased with my new Ford Explorer. Tim Coppola was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgable about the Explorer and was very thorough while I was considering leasing. After deciding on leasing the car he walked me through the whole process step by step. He then brought me to my new car and sat with me and helped me sync my phone to the truck and walked me through all of the parts on the screen. He didn't let me leave until he knew I was comfortable which I felt was so personal.

great service corrrect the problom the frist time quote on repair right on as they state on est i always bring my truck for any problom i have to hassett ford truck service i know when it done i can depend on my truck for reliablity.

I had the best experience at Ford Hassett dealing with Tim Coppola. He was professional and detailed. I am loving my new Ford Explorer and I would def. reccomend someone to this dealer. Thanks for everything!

This is the third car that I have leased with Hasset...

This is the third car that I have leased with Hasset Lincoln and with Timothy Coppola as my salesman. He is very courteous and helpful and goes out of his way to assure that every detail of the transaction goes correctly. Their service department is excellent and I would recoommend Timothy Coppola and Hasset to anyone.

Just picked up a new Fords Edge from Hassett. My Sixth...

Just picked up a new Fords Edge from Hassett. My Sixth car from them over the years. Hasset and Tom continually provide the best service. Finding the right car, the right price and then making it so easy to pick it up. Tom then spends the time to go over the car features and makes sure everything is to my liking. Tom is the main reason I get all my Fords from Hasset

Thanks, Michael Scannello. You really saved the day, we live in Long Beach NY and we had losses from Superstorm Sandy! Mike listened to what we needed to replace my wife's car which was flooded. He then kept asking us question, so that he could find every last rebate we could qualify for. Bottom Line he got us a Great Deal! The dealership was jammed due to all the lost cars in the area, but Mike kept us updated while his office process the deal, it did not seems to take as long as past deals did at other dealership. Then Ed Garbarino handle the finance like a real gentelman, he offered without pressure, and was able to do everything in less then 15 minutes! Hassett Ford is the Best!

Dealing with Scott has been a pleasure. He was great...

Dealing with Scott has been a pleasure. He was great during the entire process and never once made me feel as if I was dealing with a shady dealer. Scott has always kept his word, which is hard to come by. That is something that I respect and admire in a dealer. Everything was said from the gecko, there were no surprises, and no games. He really made me feel like there was no pressure into buying anything I didn't love and was more than willing to go back and forth with me over two different models without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Scott and would be happy to do business with him again in the future.

I was completely satisfied with the attention to detail that Scott Rosenfeld gave me at Hassett of Wantagh. Everything was straight forward, no games, no gimmicks, and would highly recommend Scott along with Dan Cellamare. I never felt pushed into doing anything and that goes a long way with me.

I needed a car after mine was totaled in Sandy. Tim was very helpful in showing me all the details of the Ford Edge. He understood what I was looking for in a new car and that time was a factor. I'm happy I was able to find an American car. It's my fist Ford and I'm really happy with it.
