Thanks, Michael Scannello. You really saved the day, we live in Long Beach NY and we had losses from Superstorm Sandy! Mike listened to what we needed to replace my wife's car which was flooded. He then kept asking us question, so that he could find every last rebate we could qualify for. Bottom Line he got us a Great Deal! The dealership was jammed due to all the lost cars in the area, but Mike kept us updated while his office process the deal, it did not seems to take as long as past deals did at other dealership. Then Ed Garbarino handle the finance like a real gentelman, he offered without pressure, and was able to do everything in less then 15 minutes! Hassett Ford is the Best!

Dealing with Scott has been a pleasure. He was great during the entire process and never once made me feel as if I was dealing with a shady dealer. Scott has always kept his word, which is hard to come by. That is something that I respect and admire in a dealer. Everything was said from the gecko, there were no surprises, and no games. He really made me feel like there was no pressure into buying anything I didn't love and was more than willing to go back and forth with me over two different models without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Scott and would be happy to do business with him again in the future.

John Fanuzzi was very polite, pleasant and courteous while helping us choose all the equipment we wanted in the Ford Flex. He never rushed us and he spent a considerable amount of time helping us get the car tht we wanted. We would highly recommend John Fanuzzi to all of our friends just as he was recommended to us.

Mike was great in helping me purchase my first truck! He continuously asked questions to find out exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted. He was in depth and honest throughout the whole process. Mike did a great job and made purchasing my first truck an awesome experience.

Dropped my car off for them to install a remote start. From the guy who took my car when I dropped it off to the service guy who gave me a quick tutorial when I picked it up, they were total professionals. Even got a follow up letter from Stacey, the service consultant who handled the order. Night and day from Newins Ford who I purchased the truck from one month earlier, see my review on that.....oh boy! I just wish I bought my truck from Hassett.
