After having an unpleasant experience at another Long Island Ford dealer I was not looking forward to dealing with another Ford dealership but we really wanted to buy the Fusion. I have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car. Our salesman, Scott Rosenfeld was wonderful. He worked with us to get us the exact car we wanted, in the time frame we needed it, and at the price we budgeted for the purchase. There was no pressure from anyone we dealt with at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have been dealing with Hassett since 1992. This time around I dealt with by far the best salesman that I have ever dealt with.John Fanuzzi on a scale of 1 to 10 he is an 11+. A true gentleman, an honest and soft spoken professional. He took me under his wing and got me what I wanted and in the allotted time frame that was so much of importance to me. I truly believe that the mgt. of Hassett should initiate a support type group for their salesman and John should be the facilitator. The sales force or any sales force can learn much from this shining star. Mr. Fanuzzi, if you read this, you are most worthy of these words.

Hassett Lincoln is an excellent dealership. Everyone is professional from sales to the service area. This is the second Lincoln I leased from Hassett. My salesperson, Tim Coppola, takes a lot of time and explains all details. I met with Tim for the first lease and was happy to meet with him again. He is professional and courteous. I have been buying and leasing vehicles for over 30 years what a pleasure it was to deal with Scott Rosenfeld. I have never met a salesperson like Scott every time you walk into a dealership it's about smashing you over the head with prices to buy NOW. Scott took the time with me to explain all the options available so I could make an informed decision on my explorer. I started over the internet with him and he was nothing short of professional. When I came in to the dealership at the time of my appointment with him he was ready with the vehicle to be test driven. When it finally came down to the pricing of the explorer I told him I wanted to be at a certain payment he explained exactly what I needed to do to get to that payment I wanted to be at. At the end of my 2 year lease I will be returning to Scott for many years to come. As well as referring him to all my friends and family.

I found my "perfect" car from John Fanuzzi and more than just finding the car with ALL the options I need today he helped me feel confident in my purchase and gave me a one - on - one orientation showing me all the features in the car that made me feel confident and satisfied with my purchase. I have told so many of my friends that if they want a sales person that will treat a woman with respect and patience without pressure John is the sales person you want to meet with. I have purchased 5 new cars and John sold me the last two cars. My previous car buying experience were no comparison to mine with with John. I am a repeat Ford customer mostly because I trusted John to be honest and fair. And thanks to him, I found my "perfect" car once again!!!

We had a great experience here after having some negative ones at other dealerships. My husband basically needed a car on the spot but we didn't have a big budget. Bill showed us what we could afford, which was a great car at a great price. We never felt pressured and never felt like we were trying to be sold on a car we couldn't afford (which happened else where). After a terrible experience with one of Hassett's competitors, I was so impressed with the ease and professionalism at Hassett Ford. I initially dealt with them thorugh internet, they were the only dealer that would give pricing online. I then went iinto the dealership and worked with Scott Rosefeld who was fantastic. He was easy to deal with, knowledgable and there was no pressure. His follow through on all aspects of this sale was tremendous. I hope he continues to work there for many years to come because I would like to get my next car through him.
