From the moment we entered the dealership, Tim Coppola gave us his undivided attention and answered all of our questions. We felt that he was truthful and knowledgeable and gave us his best price immediately without playing that "let me see what I can do game" which was rather refreshing for a change. Tim was extremely thorough and friendly. He went through each step of the process patiently and endeavored to include the children in the excitement of a new car. The only recommendation I have towards the dealer is to have a dedicated delivery area. Taking possession of a new vehicle in an active service lot, with children, is a nerve wracking experience. It's great that the dealership is so busy but, a quieter, less active spot would have been more ideal. Beyond that point, I would highly recommend not only Hasset but especially Tim if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Nice atmosphere, no high pressure sales gimmicks, friendly staff, family owned and a tremendous amount of vehicles to see. We hope to do business there again in the future.

My Salesman Tim Copolla was great. We sat down told him what we were looking for and he went through the highs and the lows. He went through all the options and let us decide what would work for us. He was a pleasure to work with. The finance person Edward Garbarino was just as good. Its a nice feeling when your not being pressured,and you have time to think.
