I cannot be more pleased than to to affirm the professional and courteous manner that was shown by Mr. Coppola in handling the lease arrangements for the 2011 Ford Focus that I recently completed through the Hassett Ford dealership in Wantagh, N.Y. He listened to my needs, and made the entire transaction process as stress free as possible, which has not always been the case in the past. Just to have your questions answered in a straightforward and knowledgeable manner without any double speak or dissembling was a good thing in and of itself, and the fact that I was not pressured or coerced to make a decision that would have a negative impact on my budgetary needs was also an enormous benefit. In short,when handling any business with someone who takes their ethical obligations seriously is something you cannot take for granted in this current environment. Tim was great in understanding what we were looking for. He took the time to explain everything to us and to give us alternatives. When we picked up the car, he went over all the features and helped us to set up itmes in the car. Example would be he set up the driver's seat for both myself and my wife.

Great experience at Hassett Ford. After doing my homework and being turned off by poor customer service and crappy sales practices by various Nissan dealers, in which I've leased for the last 10 years, I decided to give Ford a shot. The last Ford I owned was a 1996 Mustang GT and I must say that Ford is doing a great job with their vehicles as of late. After looking at various dealer review sites, including dealerrater.com, it was off to Hassett Ford due to the excellent user reviews. The salesperson who I dealt with, who in fact is mentioned on multiple reviews on this site was Tim Copolla. He really did an excellent job assisting my wife and I on 2011 Ford Edge Sport lease. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to go over all of the various technologies (there are alot of them in this car). The best thing, was not just the sales transaction, but the followup that so many companies don't do anymore. Most sales people want to get you in, make their money and get you out. However I get the sincere feeling that Tim really cares if his customers are satisfied. Almost two weeks later and there was another followup to see how things were going with the new vehicle. So once again thanks for a great experience, and hope to do businees in the future.

I wish I saw Tim Coppola right from the start. My Lincoln MKZ All-Wheel-Drive(his recomendation)exactly fit my needs; priced about same as a loaded Camry! And, was less than my Mercedes. He took the time to show me everything - I mean everything - about the car. I love my car...I love Tim! Now that I went on this site, I know why he appears more than anyone else.

We leased cars since 1985, never have I done business with with a more professional and caring person. I was surprised - it had to be the easiest transaction my wife and I ever did. We have been driving Toyota for a long time and thought about 'going American' this time. My Fusion is better handing and more equipped than my Camry (the Fusion is my wife's car). Tim made all our past salespeople look like amatures. If you are looking for a Ford, go to Hassett but more importantly see Tim Coppola. When it's time to get out of my Camry - it's going to be the MKZ. He already sold me!

Tim Coppola went out of his way to help us. He answered all our questions and was very professional.I am a handicaped person and Tim was very accomadating. He explained all of the features and options on the vehicle and service plans. He told me to call him with any questions. I highly recommend him.

I brought my car in for a 30,000 mile service. I had the oil changed and tires rotated along with whatever else was necessary at the time. I was provided with a loaner car so I could get back and forth to work that day. The service was exceptional. The maintenace was done to my satisfaction and I did not have to wait long for the service to be completed. The staff was very friendly and I did not incur any problems. Every time I bring my car in for service, I never have a problem.
