I found Jordan to be knowledgable and helpful.

I found Jordan to be knowledgable and helpful. I felt no pushiness or hard sales. Rob in the finance dept. was equally as helpful in structuring the deal. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

My wife and I are both had a wonderful experience with Hassett dealership. We had a great salesperson, Jordan Shein. He was dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and was also a genuinely nice person; we enjoyed working with him. During our time at Hassett dealership there was a general aura of the dealership being a nice place to work at and/or do business at. We highly recommend this dealership if you would like excellent service in making a trustworthy purchase.

I have no idea how this service department can have such

I have no idea how this service department can have such good reviews. I called to bring in my Lincoln which I paid for a 7 year extended warranty from Ford with the car. I was told that I'm not going to get a loaner and then gave me a date that I can bring my car in for repairs. Today is May 6th, and I was told to bring car in on May 23rd. I have never been so amazed on how pathetic a service department be. I try to buy American products. Honestly have owned many makes os cars. The people at Ford should go to Hyundai, Honda, or Lexus and see how people should be treated.

Had an issue with my brake roters after I had purchased

Had an issue with my brake roters after I had purchased the car in August 23. Sales Manager Richard Paglairo went to bat for me and the cost was covered! I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help me out! It’s employees like Rich which make Hassett Subaru the best dealer!!! Thank You Rich!!!

Jordan was by far the best salesperson I have dealt with in the Ford Family. This was my third Ford F-150 lease and Jordan's commitment to excellence was beyond any experience I have had with Ford to date. He is a great asset to Hassett Ford. Thank you.
