I am a returning customer at Hassett Lincoln because their customer service has been satisfactory. Both my husband and I feel welcome at this dealership, and we will give them a thumbs up.

Had an issue with my brake roters after I had purchased the car in August 23. Sales Manager Richard Paglairo went to bat for me and the cost was covered! I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help me out! It’s employees like Rich which make Hassett Subaru the best dealer!!! Thank You Rich!!!

I am completely satisfied with all the employees in each and all departments I have had to deal with at Lincoln Hassett. Every employee has been courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful, especially Jordan Shein, who is a true asset to Ford Automotives.

I would not even give them one star. They make you wait months for a loaner. They said they "fixed" my problem (noise went away) and when the problem came back, they replaced a part. There was a noise right afterwards and it turned out the part was defective. Now, the problem (or similar one) is back and a new issue as well and they refuse to service the car. That is AFTER they made and CONFIRMED an appointment with me-almost a week before. They also do not return calls when they say they will and generally are impossible to deal with. I would strongly recommend against using this dealership.

My experience with ford was excellent. My Saleman Jordan Shein was fantastic. He did an excellent job of explaining all the details about my car. He also worked out a great deal for me to put me into a new Mach E GT.
