Steven Kotler was my salesman, he was absolutely amazing! I told him what I wanted he got me everything. Truly a man that cares and works with you on getting the right car for a price you can afford. My family has 3 fords we will be doing business with Steven from now on and at Hassett because of him !!

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. It is always a fast, easy and stress free experience. Couldn't be better.

I went in for an oil change on a cold snowy day. I thought I’d be there a long time. It was the fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten. As always they are very nice there!

I brought my car in at the appointed time of 9am. Leaving the car. At no time was I told it would not be ready the same day. It was to be a 1-1/2 hour job. When I called at 2 pm I was told it was not yet being worked on and that the dealer was swamped and the car may not be ready the same day. This presented me with problems of picking the car up and having alternate means of transportation. When I told the person I was speaking to she said she was sorry. They then called me at 4:30 to tell me the car was ready obviously taking action after I told the agent I would go elsewhere in the future to buy and service my next Subaru. The idea of appointments and reservations is to have an adequate work force to complete those coming in for service otherwise “appointments” would have little meaning. The system needs work! This is my third time being disappointed in service at Hassett. The first time I was not told that I needed less than half a tank of gas when I come in til the day before service. The second time I was waiting on site while the service was being done and told several people who took in my car. But after waiting over 2 hours for a 30 min oil change I found out that they had not even started the work because they thought I was dropping the car off. After that incident I spoke with the service manager who promised “ improvements” I am afraid Hassett has a long way r to go! Gabe Rothauser

It was a very smooth experience. We dealt with Alex and he was professional, not pushy at all and got us a very good deal. Would highly recommend Alex and Hasset Ford.

8 o'clock brought car in . 10am i was made aware of vehicle problems , which were minor and i agreed fix and within 1 hour called that car was ready !!! and this is not the first time this happened!!! thany you Ford service

This dealership has the best staff! Courteous, professional, friendly and most of all honest! Our salesman, Jordan Shein, was very knowledgeable, about all aspects of the car. He took the time to teach me all I needed to know about my Escape Titanium. Scott, in finances, was fabulous, showing me different options for financing &setting me up with monthly online payment schedule. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and will definitely return, if/when I’m ready for a new car.
