I researched this dealership on dealerater.com and was very impressed by the dealership reviews and in particular salesman, John Fanuzzi. The positive reviews were right on! From the time I called and spoke to John to the time I drove away from the dealership with my new 2021 Ford Explorer ST, John and the team at Hassett put me at ease and made the entire buying experience an absolute pleasure. John is fair, honest and a really nice gentleman to spend time with and talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question that I had and appeared to really enjoy the process and was very pleasant throughout. I will be look forward to being a customer of John Fanuzzi and Hassett for many years to come.

I had gone to another dealer on the island who was giving me extremely high numbers for our lease before my sister recommended that I see Howard Strauss at Hassett Ford. Within 20 minutes of meeting the incredibly kind Howard, we had a deal that worked for our budget and picked up our beautiful new Ford Explorer a few days later. Everyone at Hassett was helpful & kind - exactly what you want when buying a new car.

I purchased my truck at Hassett Ford and the service at the Hassett Truck Center has been great. The folks in the service department are friendly and helpful. The problem is, however, there is a 30 day wait to get a courtesy car when you leave your vehicle for service. I have never had such a problem with any other dealership. My truck had to go in for emergency warranty service, and was told there would be no loaner available for 30 days. I had two options: Leave the truck and find alternate transportation for the 2 days the truck was being serviced, or come back in 30 days and get a loaner. This is unacceptable.

All the people at the dealership are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. It’s like walking into a friends house.this is my second lease from Hassett and I don’t think it will be my last.

I have had three caps put on my truck since I bought it in July of 2020. All three have leaked and filled the bed with water. The service manager has been great with the problem but I am still waiting for a solution. We have bought 4 vehicles and they have have been great but would like to get this resolved.

I just bought 2 cars from Ray and my experience was excellent and she has followed up with me after I bought the cars and that means a lot to me.I will definitely recommend her to anyone and I will be getting another car from her when lease is over

Always friendly and accommodating they do a good job and stand behind their work I highly recommend Hassell for their great truck service. I’ve used other Ford truck service departments and theirs is the best on the Island

Timothy Cappola was extremely helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. He made the whole experience extremely easy. I would recommend him to friend and family any time.
