The service department was great. The car sucks. Look at the service history for the last 14 months. I thought my 2013 was bad but the 2020 is unbelievable is bad. I was stupid to buy another Ford Explorer. Never again.

Like most people I hate car sales associates. I met Jordan 2.5 years ago when I leased my first Ford Explorer and just returned to him now for my next lease. Why? Jordan is one of the most honest sales associates that you will ever meet. He doesn't try to push things on you or purposely leave out details in order to make a sale. He tells you the truth, he is straight up about it, and he tells you everything so that you can make an informed decision. He is professional, gives you as much time as you need, and cares about his customers. I will keep referring people to him whenever they are in the market for a car. He is amazing!

Great service and experience throughout. A loaner car was provided and everything to be done was explained. Job was completed in one day. Entire process was seamless. Nice perk with a comp car wash at the end.
