Purchase a used 2014 Explorer limited a few weeks ago. Must say of the many new and used vehicles i have purchased over the past 40 + years this was one of the easiest dealerships to work with. No upcharge for dealer prep and all the crazy things other dealers have tried to add. Vehicle had 2 problems told to me and was promised to be taken care of WHICH THEY DID a few days later. Service department was great even drove me home when i left the vehicle for repair of the 2 items. Thanks to Tom Cinelli for the great experience. Service department as well, not sure of the tech name but thanks everything is working as it should.. DR
