I came a good distance to use this dealership, 40plus miles. Because the salesman was responsive to my calls and questions. I never felt rushed, and Jordan made me feel comfortable. When I got to the store, we were in the midst of the COVID virus, and we felt very secure because the proper protocol was in place. This definitely is a five star dealership. Although I was planning to get a new car and had researched several models in anticipation of making a leisurely decision, I unexpectedly had to accelerate the process when my hybrid vehicle began acting up. Then the COVID-19 crisis hit, and I despaired of completing my purchase. Fortunately, through a contact my wife had with a friend from her former exercise class (Lou Evans), I was able to contact HASSETT Subaru, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to accomplish much of what I needed to do by phone and online. Once at the dealership, my salesman Paul Storch gave me a good overview of his inventory, an excellent rundown on the options packages, a fair price on the model I selected, and we sealed the deal! And as an added bonus, I was able to finance a portion of my purchase with a 0 % 60 month car loan! I love everything about my Subaru Forester Premium model and I look forward to many years of ownership!
