It all started with a phone call to Jordan Shein with a million questions. I was frustrated with the whole car buying experience until I spoke to Jordan. He took his time listened to my rant, called me back with all the info I asked for and this made me want to do business with him. I went to Hassett Ford on Friday 12/20 and was not disappointed. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and didn't play the "games" that I had been dealing with. On Monday 12/23 I went home with my brand new Black on black Ford Expedition with everything I asked for and more. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.
