Whenever I used to purchase or lease a vehicle I would always feel like "OK, how much pressure am I willing to endure and, how badly am I going to be taken." This was until I met Mr. John Fanuzzi. He's a man of integrity and honesty . No high pressure sales tactics to get you to decide right NOW. He gives you the facts. works with you and then lets you decide for yourself. I have now bought 4 cars from John. Five if you count buying out my own lease. This is a salesman without the sales pitch. Each time he’s honest, straight shooter that always has my interest at heart. If never upsells me or puts me in a vehicle that I haven’t been most pleased. He understands the needs of my family and couples that (sometimes humors me) with desires that necessarily a good fit. Ultimately he has sent me off in the perfect vehicle each time. When you partner that with the amazing service team at Hassett it’s the reason I continue to come back over and over and make the trek out from Manhattan (and we can compare Mustang vs Thunderbird stories). I came into Hassett basically attempting the impossible. I was 6 thousand plus miles over my previous lease and had 11 months left on the payment. I work far from home and have to drive so it is impossible to keep mileage down. I went to a ton of Jeep dealerships (I had a 2017 Grand Cherokee) and was basically laughed out of every one of them. Most wouldn't even take the time to run the numbers for me. My dad and sister had worked with Hassett and Jordan Shein in the past and told me I had to try speaking with them before I pull the vehicle off the road and just buy a cheap junk car to use for the remainder of the lease. Not only did Jordan stay late to run multiple scenarios for me he made sure we exhausted every avenue available. To my complete surprise, we were able to get me into something within what I was looking to spend and even get me the miles I need to travel to and from work without putting myself in this same situation in the future. Jordan and the entire staff at Hassett are incredible. There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe this experience. Thank you so much to the entire location.

Rae was amazing! We couldn’t have had a better salesperson in leasing our first Subaru. She was personable, friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable about our Ascent. She answered all our questions on the car and demonstrated everything for us. She took her time and was extremely patient. Not once did we ever feel rushed. The process from the moment we walked into the door to the time we drove our Ascent out of the lot was smooth as can be. Rae was simply the best! Thx Rae!

Rae Cangcuesta was very professional and personable. She was knowledgeable about the Subaru line and the various automotive features which enabled me to zero in on a model and trim. Upon delivery of the car she was very thorough in explaining its main features to me. It was a pleasure working with her.
