Thanks Jordan I love my new MKC
I love my new Lincoln MKC. My current lease was expiring in Sept, so I was shopping around for a new car and unsure of which one I wanted. Jordan was very cordial, and friendly while I was looking around the showroom. He was very helpful in my decision making. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Lincoln MKC., which was the model I was attracted to. He went over and above to make me feel comfortable in making that decision. The day I was picking up my new car, Jordan went over everything with me, and I drove away very happy. Thanks again Jordan.!!!

slammed door in my face and refused paperwork
I have to dramatically rectify the review of this place. I never had any major issue with my car until recently. After problems arose I realized how bad this place is. The waiting room is a table and chairs in the work area. The advisors had been rude and unprofessional. They often did not properly check in my car, did not provide estimates and less then willingly reported my concerns on work orders. After many visits to this place with no solution to the issues affecting my vehicle, I was even refused paperwork proving the attempted repair.

refused test drive
I visited the dealership after visiting their service department who was struggling with an issue affecting my 2018 raptor, and I received from the sales department the same inappropriate behavior I had to endure at the service department. I thought of upgrading to the 2019 model and enjoy the upgrades, especially to the cruise control. I started talking to a sales associate and after the routine introduction, just before we were ready to test drive the vehicle (he took copy of my license and grabbed the plate for the vehicle) the manager called the associate in his office, knocking on the glass wall dividing the office booths. The associate talked to the manager and after coming back he started questioning me in the most awkward way, with question like: "do you know what kind of engine the raptor has? Do you know it is an expensive car?". This line of questioning appeared inappropriate to me (since usually the customer asks this kind of questions) and stupid because I drove there with mine (circumstance we discussed) that uses the same engine and is equipped with similar options. I became aggravated and after the situation escalated the manager joined the conversation, trying to justify the situation with pointless excuses. After I manifested my intent not to even discuss any further the issue, let alone doing business with them, he even offered a test drive "no string attached"; now that everything is going south I am no longer required to pass the test before I can test drive a vehicle. Needless to say, I left feeling deeply offended.

LOVE my Crosstrek.
Rea was great. Buying my new car went very smoothly and she was very thorough when she was explaining all the cars features. My husband will be coming in this Saturday to buy his Crosstrek from Rae as well.

Best purchase experience of any big item, ever!
I went on line, did my research. Then I called Hassett Lincoln. Tim Coppola answered the phone answered my questions, provided answers to secondary questions, scheduled an appointment to test the Nautilus. He was ready when I arrived and he is a Sales Mgr. He didn't pass me off. The only time I ever see a Sales Mgr is when I'm about to leave a place! Gave me an explaination of the things that mattered to me - and told me shoes can be 2 for the price of one - they don't fit - they're no good. We went for a test drive and he even asked me to drive over the roughest part of the road. He's also personable, felt like I knew him. Asked me to Google his name. He made this lease the easiest, least amount of time - the best experience I ever had. And, Not just for me, my sister just leased a MKC from Tim, too.

She’s very nice & helpful but gets no support from Ma
She’s very nice & patient & she definitely knows what she’s talking about! However, when it came time to discuss price, her Manager was not supportive of her work. The price he had her quote us was an insult. Though we bought a Subaru from them only 4 years previous ,they were quite inflexible on price. The manager must’ve thought we were dumb & hadn’t done our research, but we had. Another nearby dealer gave a better price for exact same model but we ended up with a Hyundai only because they offered 0% financing. We were planning on buying a Subaru the day we met Rae if not for that ridiculous quote her boss gave us. Supposedly, Hassett Subaru & Grand Prix Subaru hate each other & will do anything to steal a sale from the other, so definitely try to pit them against each other & go between the 2 dealers to try & lower the price!
