I had the pleasure and good fortune to buy my new Ford car from Jordan Shein at Hassett Ford-Lincoln in Wantagh NY. Jordan made the car buying experience extremely easy and problem free. The day that I picked up my new car Jordan took several hours to explain everything to me. He went over every detail from how the seats fold down to the advanced tech that comes with the new Fords. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jordan put all of the incentives, trade in options, leasing verses buying etc. on the table right from the get go. My wife and I were able to consider our options clearly knowing what our best avenue was with confidence. Jordan was so nice, so pleasant, he made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend Jordan and Hassett Ford to anyone interested in buying a new Ford.

Rae was so awesome when it came to picking out my car. It was my first car buying experience and she made it so easy and flawless. She answered every question me and my family had and I left with my first new car, 2019 Subaru Forester. I’m so happy I went with that decision and I’m glad she was there to help us along the way. 10/10 would recommend and will come back when my lease is done!!

Went in to test drive an Outback & sat with Alex to talk about car options etc. When we got to talking about price/financing we explained that we'd already applied for a loan from our credit union. He gave us a ridiculous monthly price to finance through the dealer, which of course we said no to, explaining that we couldn't afford to pay that much monthly. His response to this was, "Why are you buying such an expensive car then?" SO RUDE! We walked right out of that dealership.

This is our third vehicle we either purchased or leased fr`om this dealer. We were lucky to have dealt with Mr. John Fanuzzi who has been with Ford for many years. We can understand this after dealing with him. John was extremely attentive and patient during each transaction. We will continue to use this dealership in the future because of him.

My overall buying experience was excellent. Mr. Al Omar was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Rae was a pleasure to deal with in purchasing my new 2019 Subaru Legacy . She was very helpful and informative in making my decision to buy my new vehicle from Hassett.

Back in January, I wrote a review extolling the virtues of our experience at Hassett Subaru of Wantagh. My wife and I both purchased 2019 vehicles and we couldn't have been happier. Not soon after, I had a very unique issue with my vehicle that required many communications with Subaru of America (SOA) in New Jersey. To make a very long story short, the management team at Hassett Subaru intervened on my behalf and brokered a positive solution that was amenable to all. I am happy to report that all is well with both vehicles. Hassett Subaru advertises with a slogan "Customer First". I have rarely seen or experienced any company actually practice what they preach. Hassett Subaru has done so and now they have customers for life.

From the moment we stepped into the dealership and met Rae we felt at ease. She asked what we were looking for and when she mentioned the special program for an Outback we decided on that. She researched right away and found that the car we were looking for was available and we negotiated very fairly on our trade in. We purchased and drove away with a new car within 24 hrs! I've never been so compulsive but I knew we were getting a good deal on a very safe car. She explained all the various safety features and options; a lot more than we had on our last car! For a senior it was a lot to absorb and she patiently repeated and reviewed them with us. We're in love with our car and would recommend Rae again and again and will return to Hassett when our lease is up.

I purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus this past week and worked with Jordan. My entire experience was great from beginning to end. Jordan walked me through everything and then spent a good amount of time taking me through all the options within the vehicle.

This was the best new car purchase I have ever had. I was greeted at the door of the dealership by Mr.Al Omar who was pleasant and professional. He listened to my requirements for a new car and began checking his inventory for a test drive.. He answered all of my questions. There was no pressure for a decision. I highly recommend going to Hassett. Ask for Al Omar...he is the best.
