I had a great experience with Rae. My fiance had dealt with her a year and a half ago and had a great experience as well. She really took the time to explain all the options I had and was able to make sure I got exactly what I wanted without spending more than I wanted to. She also explained all of the features in the car that I was not used to in great detail before I left the lot. We love working with Rae because it is always a smooth and easy process and look forward to working with her again in the future!

I have to say the experience I had with Marc Zergebel the GM, and Jordan Shein the sales rep was nothing short of seamless and professional. I typically avoid car dealerships, b/c of the salesy type atmosphere, and take over leases on websites like Leasetrader, but Hassett Ford was outstanding. I had spent the morning at a local GMC/Chevy dealer and it was like pulling teeth, I was there for 2.5 hours. I had a unique situation with a Dodge RAM coming off lease that was WAY over the allotted miles. Marc and Jordan did the math, and got me the deal I wanted. They located the car in upstate NY, and had it brought down and delivered to me in 3 days. Can't ask for anything better than that. 5 star dealership, 5 star people.
