Poor service from the manager

Take the time to talk to the customer cause I can clearly see your attitude showing. Don't talk down like you haven't got time for anything. If you can't be bothered to listen then I shouldn't be bothered to brig you my car.

Great experience with Leasing at Hassett Ford

I have returned over and over to Hassett Ford for my leasing needs over the past 15+ years. My 3 year old lease was coming up and I went to see Tim Coppolla, who I have probably leased 4 cars with over the years. Tim, is the consummate salesman. He knows his cars and the finances and most importantly -LISTENS- to what I want and how much I want to spend. He makes it so easy and like I said, this is probably car # 4 or 5 with him. The dealership runs very well. I have never had an issue with the Service Dept and they are easy to deal with and also very professional. I must say that by leasing a new car every 3 years, I have not had a major problem, so that does make it even more enjoyable to deal with them. Tim advised that they have this great new program if you are BJs member (or you can join) to get really nice incentives and better pricing and almost no negotiation over pricing. I must say, I have had some really poor experiences over the years looking for cars, but going to Tim at Hassett, eliminates the pain and makes it easy. Also a note, dealing with the Finance manager, Scott, was also smooth and totally not high pressure to buy extra services. I highly recommend this dealer and salesteam. Mark Hecht

One have the new car one month but so far I love it; good ride and excellent safety features.

Car buying/leasing done right

Tim, I’m your customer for life. I couldn’t talk my wife into a Lincoln, she’s an Audi girl. I went to Audi to lease her a car last night, she wanted the A5 convertible. The nonsense I had to go through to get her a reasonable price was absurd ! The guys opening was 800 a month with $8800.00 down for a lease ! Two hours later and skyrocketing blood pressure, we settled on 640.00 per month with tax and tags down, exact same car. It drives me nuts when dealers play this game, give me a reasonable number, no hidden nonsense, and I’ll sign the deal in 5 minutes. I’m so tempted to pull the deal from him and go to another Audi dealer on principles, I’d be willing to pay more, just because. In any event, our deal on my Lincoln with Tim Coppola, Sales/Lease Mgr. took maybe 10 minutes, I left feeling like I got a fair price without any nonsense and that my friend is priceless. See you in October/November.

Pleasant experience

We recently bought a new Subaru and Alex was our salesman. He was not pushy, listened to our needs. It was a pleasure working with him, very sincere and enjoyable to be around. Answered our questions and very patient. A true professional.

Never return calls or emails

My friend purchased a 2018 Forester with Eyesight in June of 2018 and gave my name as the person referring her to this dealer. I have left 3 messages with Matt, and sent two e mails and nobody has contacted me about this issue. I have recommended the purchases of 23 new Subaru cars since 2006 and have been given a gift for my referral. This dealership ignores people that give them business, I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER AND IF THEY CAN'T EVEN ANSWER INQUIRIES, WHAT GOOD ARE THEY?

Gem!!!!! Who else would YOU go to?????? None in my book. Informative, knowledgeable, and professional. Love my 2018 Explorer XLT 4WD. It was his time and effort that made it possible!!!!!

Too busy to take my money

I had been emailing back and fourth with the customer care manager, who scheduled me to come in and test drive the 2019 Crosstrek, which i intended to purchase that day. When i arrived, the woman who I had been speaking to was not there. I decided to look around the showroom until somebody could help me. I was approached by a very rude salesman, who told me that he was too busy to help me and that all of the other sales people were also too busy to help. Amazing to me that they were to busy to take upwards of $20,000

Horrible customer service

I have been a customer for years at hassett were i have leased 4 cars to date and my lease on my lincoln comes do in september. I have called john descul repeatedly on the process of renewal without any response back..I think its appalling after having such customer loyalty in the past to be treated with such disdain. I have been on disability for some time now and just requested some help in the renewal process. Very sad for such a lack of support!!!!
