Just purchased my first Subaru

My salesman, Aladin Omar, was helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient and informative about all the features of the Subaru Impreza. On the day I picked up the car, Al took the time to go over everything and made sure I was comfortable driving the car home. He even followed up with a phone call later that day to make sure that everything went well. Donna Galanti Customer

Great Dealership

I had a great experience with this dealership. The salesman, Al Omar, was very nice and not pushy at all. He had the car I wanted and was able to get the price that I wanted without a fuss. He had the car ready for pickup in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Hassett of Wantagh and Al Omar.

Leasing made easy

Our 2017 Lincoln MKZ is the 3rd car we have leased from Hassett. We leased many other cars from dealers over the years but John Fanuzzi not only made our experience pleasant but he worked hard to give us the best deal available.He took care of all the paperwork by phone and fax and got all the important insurance info the same way. since we live in Queens this saved us a lot time and effort. He spent a lot of time going over the new additions to this model and we left feeling confident. John is the kind of employee that every business needs. Hassett has our vote as #1

Just leased my first new vehicle

Just leased my first Ford Escape and was walked through the entire process by a salesman-gentleman by the name of John Fanuzzi. No hard sell and made us feel extremely comfortable. Decide to lease at the eleventh hour. My son needed a vehicle for a college internship; traveling fro Providence, R.I. to Boston each day during summer. We need it in five days. Being that we purchased a 2015 Ford Transit Wagon last summer and had a similar experience, it was a "no-brainer" to return to Hassett Ford for this lease. We had the vehicle within three days and don't have to worry ab out a used car breaking down out of state. Without any reservation, I would recommend Hassett Ford, Wantagh, NY to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ask for Mr. Fanuzzi. He has been in the field for over forty years and once you meet him, you will know why.

Buying a car should leave you feeling victimized!

Our salesman was abusive, controlling, and nasty. He had to pick up the sale mid deal as my original saleswoman was on a leave of absence, and I think that made him less interested. He insisted that after the car was delivered, because the dealership was too busy the day of delivery, we must come back and listen to his additional sales pitch. He did not fax over my window sticker and bill of sale to my insurance company as promised, simply out of spite. Nor did he provide the window sticker to me so I could send to insurance! Even 3 months later, when asked for the fax confirmation, he hung up on me! I have bought 3 Outbacks and took my sister to buy her first Subaru at Hassett. Not to mention 9 years of using their service department for all the service requirements. Due to this miserable experience, I will not return!

Better Than a so called luxury dealer

Bought 2 cars recently. A certified 2012 Subaru Legacy from Hasset Subaru and an Audi certified 2015 Q3 from Audi of Huntington .Both cars are beautiful and that's where the similarities end. Our experience at Hassett has been wonderful, Audi of Huntington,not so much. We were treated like Royalty at Hassett, Audi of Huntington,not so much. We recieved a free first service and car washes from Hassett. Audi of Huntington, nothing but grief. Our salesman at Hassett was Aladdin F. Omar. He was wonderful to deal with. No pressure and a real great guy. He made sure we were happy with our purchase and I felt like he really was concerned with our satisfaction about the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you're considering a new or used Ford,Lincoln or Subaru!

All round good experience.

We were pleased with the attentive service given to us by our sales person Aladin F. Omar. al was courteous and professional. He is new to the Hassett dealership and definitely an asset.

Hassett Lincoln a great dealership

Lou Evans certainly knows how to hire salesman. John Natuzzi is the epidemy of excellence in salesmanship. A flawless transaction from start to finish. Employees like this are the reason I have been a customer since 1992. Thank you Hassett.
