It was a great experience

Tim Coppola has been great now and in the past with any issues on my cars. Very honest and to the point. I feel he takes care of me in a personal fashion

Certified Pre-Owned Subaru

I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from this dealer. Got a nice car at a very fair price. No issues, easy purchase.

Truck service doesn't know what they're doing

I've brought my truck to Hasset Ford for three separate problems, each time I've had to bring my truck back at least two more times because they clearly don't resolve the issue. I am pretty sure they just say they looked at the truck because nothing has been resolved. The girl behind the counter is absolutely rude and they basically point the blame on you and pretend "they are here for you." I love my truck, but I do not recommend these horrible people who work at this location. And I highly suggest you take your truck to another location, they are 100% an utter disgrace and humiliation to the Ford industry.

no hassle at Hassett

I leased a Lincoln MKZ and Tim was the best. It was really easy to strike a deal, there was no playing hide the ball or gimmicks. It was a straightforward no nonsense deal. First time I ever felt like I was dealing with an honest dealership in a very long time

Excellent Staff and Service

I had to bring in my 2013 Fusion to remedy several manufacturer's recall notices. The service was completed and the car returned within the time-frame promised. An additional item that was ordered prior to this visit was also taken care of. All handled professionally and courteously from start to finish. Julie, the service consultant that handled my visit, made it a very pleasant and positive experience. The customer service she extended me was not only very attentive and professional, but also very cordial and friendly, making me feel as if I was the only customer there.

Even though the service date was set up weeks in advance, the parts were not on hand to fix my car and so it took a long time for the repairs to be done, about a week and a half. The car repair associate who helped me, Julie, was awesome. She was in contact with me every day to advise me of the status and allowed me to keep the loaner car instead of making me come back in several times to take my car back and then have to bring it back again when the parts came in. That was very convenient for me to just keep the loaner car instead of having to deal with the hassle of coming back over and over again. I am comfortable with Ford overall and am very happy with the service I received. But the length of time it took is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for quality of repairs. The car still has some of the drip stains/marks on the dashboard which is the reason that I had brought it in to get those removed.

Great service

Wonderful experience each time my car needs servicing. Very clean facility, staff are pleasant. Recently needed Eyesight re-calibrated on my Subaru and Hassett was able to take care of this quickly. Very happy with the service I have received.
