Always Treated Well
I am always treated very well at Hassett for service. Sometimes the descriptions on the service I request don't actually match the issue (ex: I said my key fob wasn't as responsive as it used to be and sometimes I have to mash the buttons really hard, maybe the buttons needed replacing. They wrote that I said it wasn't working at all - not correct). The waiting area is very nice and they do a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner.

excellent experience
I went in a little nervous buying first time on my own. I was surprised at how well I was treated. They made the process painless, pressure-free, honest and fair. I was recommended here from a friend who is a mechanic and I am happy to recommend anyone here! Great selection great prices and customer service excellence.

First Experience with Service
I have a Lincoln MKC and it went in for 10,000 mile service. Brakes were definitely making noise and they found nothing and a blemish on the door could not been seen by the person taking the information she had to call someone else out to find it.

World class service
Hassett Service always provides a world class customer experience. They are willing to think outside the box to insure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. The only issue is lack of parking, however that is a minor inconvenience to revive the high level of service provided in the service department.

New Car
We got a 2016 Edge Titanium in place of the 2013 Edge we had. Our salesman was great and everyone we dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately there was a problem but the service department was terrific. Thank you.
