First Experience with Service

I have a Lincoln MKC and it went in for 10,000 mile service. Brakes were definitely making noise and they found nothing and a blemish on the door could not been seen by the person taking the information she had to call someone else out to find it.

World class service

Hassett Service always provides a world class customer experience. They are willing to think outside the box to insure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. The only issue is lack of parking, however that is a minor inconvenience to revive the high level of service provided in the service department.

oil change, front brakes, checked my tires

Very accommodating service. I like the honesty and very personal way that they treated me. Julie was a doll.

New Car

We got a 2016 Edge Titanium in place of the 2013 Edge we had. Our salesman was great and everyone we dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately there was a problem but the service department was terrific. Thank you.

Ford Fusion Repairs - 1-8-2016

Staff helpful, and helps to keep price down, which is a huge concern with car repairs. Staying with Hassett Ford as they try to keep repair costs down.

Great service, exceelent facilities

I had an oil change and was taken on time and the change was completed when I was told it would be. However,I had to call to ask when I was due for an oil change because, at my last oil change, the person who took care of me failed to put a sticker on my car so I was WAY OVER the actual mileage for the change. When I came in to HASSETT for an inspection in October, no one told me that I was also due for an oil change. In addition, I was told that I am not entitled to any more free oil changes and I thought that I had provided for these changes in my lease. Also, I would like to know when my tires are due to be rotated or whether I am due for any other service and, if so, when I am due for that service. No one discussed anything else with me.
