Never had a single problem, they always make you feel like part of the "Hassett Family". Tim Coppola, my lease manager, always gets the right packages, to suit my needs and my pocket book. Every new car is like an adventure. I wouldn't think of using any other dealership. Everything they promise, they deliver. Service is always a pleasurable experience.

Factory ordered my Mustang from here which they gave me a fair price on. I was anxious to eventually get my vehicle but they were very accommodating and professional in helping me get my car. Ive been to all the dealerships and they are far and away the best one to deal with.

Just bought a Subaru from Anthony DeSantis of Hassett of Wantagh. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I could not have asked for a better experience! I've bought a few cars in my 57 years of life, and never had such a pleasant or easy process. I can not say enough good things about Anthony DeSantis.

My son took his car for headlight repairs that we suspected was a fuse issue. He was told the car needing an expensive service then they called back with more issues. Although the car passed inspection the week before he was told he needed new front and rear brakes. Then they found more things wrong. My son was told the total would be around $1500. He agreed but when he went to pick up the car the bill was over $3000. He wasn't told that labor alone would be $1900 and that none of the repairs were covered under the bumper to bumper warranty he got when he bought the car less than a year ago. If he had known it would have been that expensive he would have put off some of the work. Needless to say we all feel that he was taken advantage of and would have appreciated some transparency. None of our family will ever do business there again.

Lincoln MKC 2015 John Funazzi recommended this model and he was right it is a great ride ,very comfortable. I just want to keep driving.John was extremely helpful.

Focus Service was prompt and the staff helpful and courteous.

We own a number of Ford vehicles,and Hassett has always repaired them expertly. The staff at the truck service facility is very knowledgeable, has the training, and have an expert attitude.We count on them tremendously not to have down time,and they shine like stars! Thank you Bob Pace and crew!

The service was excellent and professional. Despite a very heavy number of cars that needed to be taken care of, the wait time was surprisingly short.
