Customer serivce representative excellent
When I got to the service department I was greeted by Julie. She was extremely pleasant and knew what I was there for and told me approximately how much time the service (yearly inspection) would take. She was "right on the money" and my car was ready when she said that it would be. She escorted me outside to find my car and also told me about the fact that I was entitled to a loaner car for future service as well as showing me that I had a chit for a free car wash. All in all, it was not the harrowing experience that it could have been.

I was referred to Craig Tsepalis. He came highly recommended. I am pleased to say that he is a very nice man, very personable & respectful. His knowledge of not only the Escape, which I chose to lease, but all the other cars I questioned him on, was right on point. He knew & gave me the answers to all my questions. I leased a 2016 Fusion. This is the third Fusion I've leased from Hassett of Wantagh, and Craig Tsapalis was the salesman each time. Craig was very helpful, and he represents Ford well.
