Great experience. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend taking the trip to see Kerry and Francois on a Saturday morning. Good people. Very fair.

Inside smells like oil.

Put my car in for warranty work. xxxx car back smell like oil had to open windows to try and keep out smell. Manager was supposed to call me back. Never received a phone call.

Riverhead Hyundai is a death trap they sell you cars two years later they break down and then will you bring it back in there they rush to fix it up or they got some unprofessional person that don't know how to work on cars they just want to take your money they don't care about your house your family that they send you out there with unprotected car that's not save what they did to my family who's on call for they are evil I brought my 2013 Honda Sonata to them picked it up yesterday my wife and kids driving a any law speed in the car again there's a big tractor-trailer truck behind me have my wife nervous because these people want to rush a motor job in 1 hour that it was on them so I advise anybody going to have a Hyundai and you bought it from Riverhead do not go back to them again go to 112 Hyundai these people deserve to be shut down I don't even know why they got stars for them did you not deserve it I would not stop here I do have a lawyer going to be on it

Excellent staff and service, a hallmark car care.

Service is always a stella of excellence. Every staff I have encountered kind and courteous. The wait time is un beatable and there hopitality a bonus while you wait.

Repair work Nissan rogue

Very friendly service staff . They kept me updated as to status of repair and finished repair on time .made the whole process easy.would buy another car from them in the future.

Amazing Experience

Our experience at Riverhead Nissan was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Frank Badamo and The sales manager Kerry were absolutely amazing. Frank was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we asked about. He also helped us pick out the perfect vehicle that fit our needs. With Frank’s help we were able to make the best decision on our vehicle and were not pressured into anything that we did not want. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a great car buying experience to go to Riverhead Nissan and ask for Frank.

Oil and filter change

As always when I have my car serviced I have to give a shout out to Donna who works in the service department, she’s great she’s pleasant and a people person. I always say if you are working with people on a daily basis you have to know how to be pleasant no matter what and that she is! I also have to give a shout out to Eddie who works in service also bc prior to this past service on my car, Donna was not there and Eddie took care of me and he was nice also so thanks Eddie.

Service

Donna was helpful, knowledgable , accommodating and friendly. Frank was my salesman, who spoke to me about my leasing options. Frank is always nice and gave me a great deal. I will be buying out my lease as I love my Rogue! You will not be disappointed; he treats you like family.
