Amazing Experience

Our experience at Riverhead Nissan was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Frank Badamo and The sales manager Kerry were absolutely amazing. Frank was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we asked about. He also helped us pick out the perfect vehicle that fit our needs. With Frank’s help we were able to make the best decision on our vehicle and were not pressured into anything that we did not want. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a great car buying experience to go to Riverhead Nissan and ask for Frank.

Oil and filter change

As always when I have my car serviced I have to give a shout out to Donna who works in the service department, she’s great she’s pleasant and a people person. I always say if you are working with people on a daily basis you have to know how to be pleasant no matter what and that she is! I also have to give a shout out to Eddie who works in service also bc prior to this past service on my car, Donna was not there and Eddie took care of me and he was nice also so thanks Eddie.

Excellent staff and service, a hallmark car care.

Service is always a stella of excellence. Every staff I have encountered kind and courteous. The wait time is un beatable and there hopitality a bonus while you wait.

Service

Donna was helpful, knowledgable , accommodating and friendly. Frank was my salesman, who spoke to me about my leasing options. Frank is always nice and gave me a great deal. I will be buying out my lease as I love my Rogue! You will not be disappointed; he treats you like family.

Friendly Service

Donna was especially pleasant to work with, prices upfront and no surprises. My car was ready earlier and a little cheaper than the original quote. Good inventory too.

My overall experience at Riverhead Nissan was great. Run Away As Fast As You Can Indeed

Listen to Jimb (below review), and avoid Frank Badamo and Vinny P (who I think was the former GM , who perhaps is no longer there. They took advantage of my 82 year old mother who was attempting to show her independence and handle renewing her lease on her own. She leased through Nissan for 12 years and was renewing temporarily with the intent of buying the car. They confused her and lied about fees and extras including over $700 they said was for doing the required paperwork. (They said they would refund this amount and never did.) Attempts to rectify even some of this proved impossible as phone calls, texts and other attempts to contact them went completely ignored. Attempts to get copies of the signed paperwork (which they did not provide my mom) were ignored. Avoid them at all costs.
