Riverhead Hyundai & Riverhead Nissan

I was very happy with the service. Dave the car salesman was so nice and helpful. We bought 2 tucsons there in the last 3 months. Service was great.

We went in to look for a safe and reliable car for our daughter who was purchasing her first car. Mark was fast to go over all safety features of the vehicle she was considering. He was thorough yet efficient. We went over everything and were able to have the car the same afternoon. Very pleasant experience overall and no pressure.

The service team is great Had a service issue that came up on screen and said service now. I called and spoke to Ken and said bring it right in I’ll squeeze you in. Dealing with Donna was very easy. They diagnosed. The problem and was under warranty and gave me a rental that Nissan payed for. my car was ready when Donna said it would be. I highly recommend this dealer for service.

I was extremely pleased with my service at Riverhead Hyundai. I am old and have a profound hearing loss. Stacey was very helpful and kind. I would recommend Riverhead Hyundai highly.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They added an expensive extended warranty to my contract even though I did not want it. When I tried to cancel, they kept delaying and never processed it properly. They also did not give me any benefits like free oil changes vb. On top of that, the staff was not polite or helpful. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The worse bunch of liars !!!! Jerked me around the whole day … I went there 2 times .. both times they were vauge with price … but said it had a warrenty … tried to pinn him down with price and what do you know … he forgot there’s really NO WARRENTY but he would sell me one 😂 nice try ….the manager said the salesmen don’t know the money part !!! You have to be an idiot not to see through this crap ….Horrible !!!!

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I would do business here again if I ever need a car in the future. Don’t go to a different place and get scammed. Come to Riverhead Nissan and be treated the way you deserve and don’t get taken advantage of!
