love my 2009 VW Jetta and love my lease arrangement and love the friendly attitude conveyed by all at the dealership when I visit [twice now] for general maintenance. I bought[leased actually] this car when the free maintenance offer was made and that has made my experience stress free. And that is what makes me tell all my friends about VW. Plus the car is so much better made than my other cars [all Toyotas] We hope to either buy this car at end of my lease or hopt to get another VW. Husband loves the heated seats. Oustanding service. Personnel is always focused on customer satisfaction. Quality of work conducted in the vehicle was very high. I like the fact that from time time the dealer sends communications that include coupons with discounts for service work.

I was looking at the 2010 GTI to replace my 05 BMW 330...
I was looking at the 2010 GTI to replace my 05 BMW 330 and the associate who spoke to me was patient, knowledgable and knew the specs of the car as well as I did. He was friendly and asked mee what type of driving I was going to be doing (commuting, long distance, track days) as I had told him I think of my car as my hobby not just a vehicle. He told me the features of the GTI in a waybthat relate directly to my interests and made me aware of the benefits of front wheel drive over rear wheel here in the NE, the gas savings of the 2.0T vs my inline 6, and offered an instant tradein appraisal of my current car. I would highly recommend Nemer to a friend.

I found my salesman to be helpful and everything was taken care of quickly. When I have called to talk to different people, there has been some difficulty getting through to the right person. Once you get people on the line, however, they are helpful.

Overall experience was good. Salespeople worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. There was a bit of confusion regarding the price and terms of the agreement with the purchase of the vehicle, but it got worked out in the end. The salespeople always made me feel welcome, and there was no high pressure sales tactics.

From the moment we walked into the sales room, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They introduced us to our salesperson John, and he took time to show us all of the inventory on hand and to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. Although we did not end up purchasing this vehicle, he continued to keep in touch with us over the next several years to check on our interests in another vehicle. I bought my car from Nemer VW in Latham NY and it was an amazing experience. I walked in and was reccomended the car of my dreams. I could not have been more impressed by the service and sales of the staff at this dealership. Once I moved to FL I experienced some difficulities with the Service departments at the locations in FL. I brought my car in for service and when I left it seemed more things were wrong than when I brought it in. After 3 trips it was finally fixed.

My 2009 Rabbit was in an accident and being brand new I...
My 2009 Rabbit was in an accident and being brand new I made the decision to have a VW dealer do the work. Although the car looks great and you can not tell it was even in an accident, it took a long time and a lot of back and forth phone calls to get the car back. I was told that the delays were due to the lack of communication between the insurance company and the service department. I believe it would benifit Nemer to improve their policies for dealing with accident claims.

It was a very pleasant experience to go to Nemer VW, the waiting room is a pleasant area and the staff is very nice. The service organization ran very smoothly and my wait time was not annoyingly long. Even when I went in for a simple purchase I was in and out of there very fast.
