The customer service was almost non existant over the...

The customer service was almost non existant over the phone. I had to go in to the facility in order to find out what I had to do to replace a rim under their offered wheel and tire replacement package. After they told me they replaced the rim I noticed before I left the parking lot the rim actually had not been replaced rather the burr on the rim had been ground down and the rim moved from the front passenger to the rear passenger, making it appear that the rim had been replaced. After bringing this up the issue was finally fixed and a new rim was replaced by the dealer. Next issue, the hood started to chip in various locations so I set up an appointment and had the hood looked at. It was determined it was a defect and the hood was repainted at no cost to me. One year later the hood is once again chipping and an appointment has been made. This is highly agrevating as the first time they had the car over a week to repaint the hood. On a good note a rental was provided for our use. Our salesman was very nice and we had no issues with the purchasing of the car. The only complaint I have while purchasing is the manager came over to seal the deal and was rather pushy, if my lease on my previous car was not up I would have walked out without buying the car. The only way I will purchase again from this dealer is if they had a great lease loyalty program.

I have worked with nemer for years, i have purchased and leased several vehicles for myself and family members, I highly recommend them to friends and family when there are shopping for new cars. The sales staff is friendly and courteous, they make the process fast and efficient.

I have recommended this dealership to my co worker, and she bought a new Jetta last month. She and I are very pleased with our vehicles!!!! I justs recommended mycar to another co worked today who road in my veichle ( CC ) She used to own a VW and is thinking of getting a new one.

Have brought in car for recalls, factory-recommended...

Have brought in car for recalls, factory-recommended service and, on one occasion, body work. In every case, work was done very promptly, which is a big plus, as we have to drive 20+ minutes or so to drop off the car. Once we used the free shuttle service for a ride home, which was convenient. Usually, I wait while the car is getting worked on, and the waiting area is very pleasant--appropriate for doing work or reading. Makes the 20+ minute drive worthwhile!

My recent visit for an A/C work was promptly fixed in a timely manner. I want to say thanks to Fred (Service) and Sandy for following up with me. My A/C stopped blowing for 1 week. I had my car inspected on Monday morning and had it back by midday for summary. Part was ordered by Fred same day and it arrived 3 days later. My car was repaired on Friday and my A/C has been working since then. Although Fred was on vacation, Sandy followed up with my recent visit to make sure things were working great. I really appreciate that. Will definitely recommend friends and family.

This is not a review of a recent transaction- my last new...

This is not a review of a recent transaction- my last new car purchase at Nemer was nearly 25 years ago. I drove that Jetta for 405,000 miles/ 20 years. The saleswoman worked with my budget to help me get a new vehicle and get me on my way in my new car the next day. I received Christmas cards from Lynn for a couple of years after that. Nice touch.

I needed to but a new car because my dold one broke down....

I needed to but a new car because my dold one broke down. I showed up near closing time and still had my car within two days. I wasa very pleased with the service I recieved. I was given a rental car in the mean time to drive until my new was all set for me to take home, wich was also very helpful.

We purchased our VW Jetta in Sept 2001 and have been in for service a number of times. We've been pleased with the work when we've left it the night prior and pleased when we've had to wait in the waiting room (with young children). The staff has been conscientious about letting us know when we can expect the vehicle to be ready. The toys, TV and seating area are perfect for waiting parties. Thank you.

I bought my car at nemar and have brought it there for my servicing, I have zero complaints about the dealership, which when talking car dealers is truely saying something. The service department is top notch, and Fred is always great at communicating and getting back to me when he says he will.

I had multiple electrical problems draining my Toureg's battery, and the service department stuck with the issues until resolved, and got Corporate Volkswagon involved to contribute the faulty parts. They were on time and courteous. Mike is an awesome service rep! paul Cardinal
