Martin Nemer VW of Latham

We enjoy our Jetta TDI. Our experience has been a good one. We have, on multiple occasions, shared our experiences related to the Jetta with others. More than once we have been stopped in parking lots by people with particular questions related to trunk size and diesel. Not remembering employee names indicates we have not had to go back to the dealer, except for the routine maintenance. Thanks . . .

The employees at Nemer are always friendly and tell me exactly what they are going to do with my car. I've been in for several oil changes, a new auxiliary audio jack, and a 20,000 mile service and each time I was there I had to sit and wait. They try to do a quicker job if you're waiting so I've never waited longer than 2 hours. The only reason I don't go back to Nemer for everything my car needs is the price. I can find oil changes and inspections cheaper at other auto service centers. However, I am still glad that I purchased my car at Nemer, and if I ever need another Volkswagen I know where to go!

This is my second purchase from Nemer. My first Beetle in 1999 wasn't a great experience, I knew more about the car then the salesman. My second purchase was OK, but not outstanding. My salesperson kept promising things that didn't happen. That said, your service is great. I have always had a great experience with your service department. I guess the bottom line with sales is don't promise things you can't deliver on, and don't patronize women. I bought both of my cars; without my husband.

The people were all very helpful, friendly and treated us like good friends. I have been servicing or leasing cars from Nemer for several years and will continue to get cars from Nemer because of their great customer service at all levels. They were very accommodating in meeting with us given my husband and my schedules we could only meet in the evening and they made the whole process so easy.

Bill is a fanatastic sales manager. From the beginning, when he first greeted my father and I, until the end of our vist he was pleasant, informative, and most importantly a wonderful listener regarding what we were looking for and what questions we had. Bill was very upfront and we appreciated his honest opinions. This was certainly not our experience at our car dealerships! Thanks for the great service!

I visited Nemer, shopping for an Eos. I wanted to learn more about it and found the staff very helpful. They were about to provide information, while not being pushy about when and how I would be able to purchase. I would have bought there, had they had what I wanted available. I realized that I wanted to purchase one used, but there weren't many available through the US. I eventually purchased on from a Nissan dealership in MA.

The people were very helpful and showed me many cars in my price range. They listened to my needs and concerns and answered all my questions. They showed me VWs and Subarus since that was the car I was replacing. I was happy with my experience at Nemer, even though I eventually bought a car from a private individual.

Everyone was friendly and polite. The work was done efficiently and in a very reasonable time frame.In additions to service and repairs we have purchaced accessories and have been pleased with the service we received then. All our interactions with Nemer have been very positive. I would highly recommend the dealership to friends.

Customer service from sales to service is always top quality- expedient, yet friendly. Prices are reasonable, scheduling is easy. Service manager has personally assisted with some issues when I first purchased the used car. I appreciate having a dealership that is accomodating. Wait area clean and sufficient. My only request from a "wish" perspective is the ability to rent a loaner during long services. Other than that, I have no complaints.

On one occasion i was at the dealership to purchase touch up paint for my 2003 GTI because some rocks from the road must have chipped the hood. When I came in looking for the touchup paint it had to be ordered since it was not in stock. Mr. Jacobs assured me it would be in within just a few days. Sure enough he was a man of his words. I could not believe the paint was so inexpensive. Such a small price to pay to keep the VW from deteriorating. On other occasions I have been at the dealer just browsing for used vehicles the salespeople are always so friendly, usually even giving compliments on the such nice shape my VR6 is in. I love VWs and I would not hesitate to purchase another one. The videos showing vehicles for sale on Facebook is a nice touch. Nemer is really taking a few extra steps and time to show all they have to offer.
