The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and persevered with the sale even when I had doubts. The sales woman has since left the dealership. As a result I was not only able to get an excellent price on a 2004 VW Jetta but also an excellent VW financing rate. The service department handled two warranty repairs quickly and reliably. These included a loose side molding and a failed clutch. There was also a recall notice I received and the dealership handled it in a very timely manner.

I had wanted to own a TDI model for three years prior to exchanging my 2008 Jetta Wolfsburg edition. Bob Catania met me eye to eye and got me a wonderful deal - a Jetta TDI with just the right amount of interior makeup. He structured the financing to meet my needs. I truly am so happy with this car and I am not exaggerating. The Nemer Dealership is all business and does not waste your time.

The service is always reliable, fast and friendly. I can count on good workmanship, professional service, curtesy, and good workmanship. I have owned VW's for several years and have been so pleased with their performance. I love my Passat and the way it handles on the road. It's a pleasure to drive.

I have been buying cars from Nemer VW for many years, and I wouldn't consider doing business with any other dealership - they are fantastic in every pssible way! Every one of the staff-sales reps, sales manager, business office, finance person, receptionist (I hope I didn't leave anyone out) - and every interaction was just so professional, friendly, helpful, considerate, and straightforward. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure - they have customer service down to a science, and you really get the sense that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. I never felt rushed or pressured - they listened, they were respectful, they were knowledgeable about each model and how each might meet my specifications, and in the end, took the time to ensure I got the car that best suited my needs and interests, and gave me what I felt was a great deal. I walked out of the store with a smile on my face and a wonderful new Tiguan! And the service didn't end there - the next day I received a call to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and to answer any questions I might have, and then a follow-up email a few days after that. There are no empty promises, they really deliver! I can, and do, recommend Nemer VW to family, friends, acquaintances, and coworkers without reservation. And I tell them to be ready to be more than pleasantly suprised, they will be amazed!

We were pleased with our meeting and the service at Nemer, but the limited selection of jetta tdi models on the lot at the time we were looking made us look to another dealership. We ended up buying a car in Rochester because they had all the features we wanted in a car and it was on the lot ready to go. So, no complaints with Nemer - just bad timing.

Drove 200 miles to pick up my Golf TDi. It was ready and waiting for me. Staff was very thorough with with the initial intro and I was on my way. They made everything quick and pleasant. If I can talk my wife into the Jetta Sportwagen, we will definitely purchase fron Nemer Volkswagen.

I dropped my car off for 10k service, was greeted in a lovely fashion, was given an estimated wait time and was offered a refreshment. While I knew I was in for a wait, the waiting area was comfortable with plenty of reading material. The service was complete in the estimated time frame. I also got a great blue canvas bag!

I have been to Nemer a number of times and each time I visited you the persons I have dealt with have been excellent to me. No pressure to buy just information on the car I was looking at. Your cars have always excited me. Volkswagan have come a long way. I have always owned a Volkswagon. I indend to own a Volkswagon again, soon. Overall it was an excellent customer service experience. I was greeted warmly upon my entrance to the dealership and received help in a prompt manner. I was shown the vehicles I expressed an interest in and avoided those which did not interest me. Ultimately I decided to go in a different direction but the sales staff were very polite and accomodating. Lack of flexibility in price was the main factor in my decision to go elsewhere.
