All personnel at Nemer VW were friendly, knowledgable, and courteous--from our initial phone call(Tracy), to sales (Bob), and to closing (Patrick). We found our Passat Wagon available at Nemer VW via the internet after another area VW dealership couldn't locate a Passat Wagon in our locality! This convinced us that Nemer was 'our' dealership. Everything about our Passat Wagon purchase at Nemer has been favorable and we look forward to a satisfactory relationship with Nemer VW for future service and maintenance.

We had an pleasant experience at Nemer working with Tai Lescinski and purchasing a Jetta Sport Wagon TDI. Tai took excellent care of us and gave us all the information we needed to make a choice. Our brand new Jetta Sport Wagon TDI should provide us with years of trouble-free driving. This is the second car we purchased from Nemer and the process was stress free, almost fun! We always take our two VWs to Nemer for service and are treated very well. We would recommend Tai and Nemer to anyone in the market for a new car or for quality service on your VW.

Going to Nemer was a good idea. They found me a 2010 TDI Sport Wagon (Wagen) -- in preferred color and transmission -- in no time, and a best available loan -- piece of cake. A roof rack was ordered, installed expeditiously, and sales, business manager, parts, and front desk were all attentive and helpful.

I purchased my DREAM car; a VW Bug in 2008. At the time the salesman (Vincent-who is no longer there) told me I would have free check-ups every 5000 miles. At 5000 miles I only needed an oil change so I paid for that.When I was in at 10000 miles I brought it in to have all of the suggested work done alone with an oil change. To my surprise the bill was $170.00. When I explained what the salesman had told me, they said I had been misinformed. I was very disapointed. The next day I took the on-line survey that Nemer sends and told of my service. In less then 24 hours Anton contacted me to aplogize and empithize with the problem. He sent in writing a FREE oil change for my next service. I have been please with Nemer since I bought my Bug and with continued service like I recieved from Anton is why I gave the rating I did!!!

Purchasing a vehicle was very easy with Nemer VW. I would recommend Nemer to all of my friends with various ranges of credit. My sales rep was very friendly/ reliable when it came to getting me an excellent vehicle for the best price. Nemer spoke with various banks on my behalf getting me the best deal possible. They also frequently made themselves available when I had any questions. Their customer service is superb. I ended up purchasing a 2008 VW Jetta and I must say, I'm extremely satisfied. I had been leasing a Chrysler Sebring since 1982 and had not considered VW until driving past Nemer and seeing the EOS on display. I stopped in and found Tai Lescinski to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the VW's. She encouraged me to test drive the EOS and the rest is history. I have been very happy with the EOS so far, returned to Nemer for the one month followup check - all was well and the service department staff was also very pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the EOS or this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I purchased my 2005 Golf in October 2009 from Nemer. I have had three previous Jettas (one new) ranging back to 1988! I just love VWs! My latest service visit at Nemer was as good as it gets Besides receiving an email for a discounted synthetic oil change, Fred had me in and out within 30 minutes And, this included a free no-cost repair on my sun-roof as per the mailing I received from VW Thank you Nemer team!

The experience was great in my eyes. Bill helped me out in 2008 and Ric a few weeks ago in 2010. Unlike other dealerships we had been to in the car buying process, someone was out to help us within the first 5 minutes of being there, as compared to another place where we walked and walked around for probably half an hour until WE stopped an associate who quickly passed us some information about their sale then went running along, he didn't even call someone over to help us out, I'd mention names if I knew it wouldn't get erased off the site. Anywho, since my purchase I have been back to Neemer for a few other things and the best part is that they remember you when you walk in the door, this is really important I think in maintaining a foundation of welcomed and respected customers.
