Overall this dealership had great customer service, great vehicles and great pricing. I went in looking for a used vehicle with so-so credit and a bunch of other dealerships told me I needed a co-signer. Nemer VW was able to help me get the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

The reason why I voted all the applicable categories great was because I had a fantastic experience at Nemer. I didn't end up buying the vehicle I wanted because of personal finance issues but has no issues with the gentleman I worked with. He was very friendly, courteous, and most of all patient with me through the process. My hat goes off to everyone there for making my almost-car-purchase a friendly experience.

The dealership was excellent but you didn't have the car I was interested in: 2007 Passat 4 motion stationwagaon. everyone was very professional and helpful. Follow up was good as well. Both by phone and e-mail. as i said you didn't have the particular model I was intersested in. i would definitely shop at your dealership again.

I bought my 2002 VW Jetta GLS at Nemer a while back and go there for maintenance whenever my vehicle needs it. I've found the service to be great every time and I find it quite helpful when they recommend additional services that are coming up and what one's can wait and which need to be done immediately for safety reasons as well as affect the life of the car.

Mike was very pleasant and extremely willing to work with me on finding exactly what I wanted. I had been in an accident just prior to trading in my vehicle and both he and the finance manager worked with me to make my experience as easy as it could be, given the circumstances.

I always go to this dealership for all of my Volkswagen needs because I am always greeted and helped by a friendly and knowledgable staff. Anna is amazing!!! Every experience I've ever had at Nemer Volkswagen, which I've been visiting for over fifteen yers now, has always been top notch. I have recommended Nemer to many freinds over the years.

I have purchased (7) new vehicles & (4) used. I've always been treated fair with the deals & service. I can't say the same for other dealerships. Only change for me is that I'll have my financing done before I buy my next car. See you in about a year!

I bought a 2008 Jetta in January and LOVE THE CAR :) I also got the 40K mile service and was very pleased with it! The price is up there, but the peace of mind I now have is well worth it! I will be back for sure for one of the smaller SUV models after I am done with my Jetta. I went to the other VW dealerships in the area and was not impressed, and very VERY happy to have found Nemer! The customer service was exellent. I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions. I got to shop at my pace. All of my questions were answered, which was extremely important to me because I was a first time buyer. I am completely satisfied with the product and the service. I will deffinatly be back when I'm ready for my next vehicle.

Waiting room was clean and quiet enough to read and make phone calls while I waited. I was told the status of my car and how long it would take for my car to be ready. I was provided with the information to customer service to gain the proper information re: my car. I do wish I was offered a ride and/or provided with a rental as 2 hours was a long time to wait. Typically youre offered water or coffee and I did not recall this information until after I left, again something I wish I was reminded as early in the am would have helped with a cup of coffee.
