When I was looking for a vehicle I had inqired about...

When I was looking for a vehicle I had inqired about certain vehicles online and visited in person (not sure who I saw). The staff was very helpful and athough I have not yet purchased a vehicle, they have prepaired me to go in and pick out exactly what is in my price range and what I want when I am ready! They also offered to help me find other options that may even suit my needs! You guys are great and I look forward to buying from you in the near future!

I chose Nemer because I wanted an honest answer to my questions re a new GLI lease. The questions were answered, stating that a 2010 GLI would not be available. However the Wolfsburg was offered as an alternative since it was "close" to the GLI. My 2006 GLI had package 2 and was the best car I ever owned. I am not happy with the new 2010 Wolfsberg. No fog lights, no xenon headlights, the handling is not as good and the transmission (manual) is not anywhere as good as my 2006 GLI. The lack of power lumbar is serious. The only positive things are the new radio/media display and the bluetooth. I am very disappointed with this vehicle, since i was very much spoiled with the GLI. I would hopethat when the new GLI is released, that Nemer will make some accommodation for this. The features of this new WolfsbergI in comparison to the GLI that I had were misrepresented. I is still an ok car, but my night vision requires the xenon headlights and the other differences like that lack of leather and the lack of the power lumbar, are also serious. I hope I will be contacted regarding trading in this new 2010 with less than 7000 miles towards a new GLI. Bob Gardner

The sales staff were cureous, but lacked initiative. I...

The sales staff were cureous, but lacked initiative. I looked at a Toureg and was told that it is larger then a Pilot, which seems incorrect, but the sales person did not seem to push, which was nice, but i needed more information. The Price on the Toureg seemed very reasonable, but again, the sales person was not that interested in trying to pursuade me. I still service my 10 year old Jetta at Neemer and will continue to because the service center is great!

I was travelling in the Albany area and my Jetta...

I was travelling in the Albany area and my Jetta developed a problem requiring immediate VW Service attention. I located their name and address on my Blackberry, called, them, and explained the problem. They were able to quickly get my car in (same day), resolve the problem while I waited, and get me on my way. The underlying problem discovered required a scheduled warranty repair part and procedure, and once again, they were able to schedule me in and take care of the work in a courteous, professional manner. I left very inpressed with the way in which they handled their Service Department

The experience of my daughter and I was very positive...

The experience of my daughter and I was very positive following an accident that totaled her previous vehicle. The dealership found a way to match other financing we could get and matched the payment. The service department was good in providing the first scheduled maintenance and correcting a problem with a rear door panel that was loose. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Volkswagon vehicle.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I did the cash for clunkers program last yer. The salesman knew all of the rules and helped me achieve the deal. I needed the title from Ford motor credit and the saleman made every attempt to get the title before the deal ended.

I have to say that the entire experience with Nemer has...

I have to say that the entire experience with Nemer has been great for me. I was impressed from the purchase of the vehicle right down to my first check at how competent and courteous everyone was. I have never been to a dealer that took so much time with their customers to make them feel appreciated and special. Thank you all.

To make a long story short, I went down on Saterday to try a vehicle out 150miles mind you, And went back on tues to purchase a new one, After work in a thunderstorm. Bob was great friendly courtious very informative.. Everyone was pleasant..Thanks to All.. Patti

My customer service rep, Fred, took exceptional care of...

My customer service rep, Fred, took exceptional care of me. My car was washed (as I requested)and cleaned inside without me asking. My service request was performed as specified and delivered on time. Everything was completed to my satisfaction; it was a very pleasant experience.

The staff at Nemer was very friendly and helpful to me...

The staff at Nemer was very friendly and helpful to me when I was looking for my new car. The sales people did not pressure me to buy and when I did eventually buy my new car, they took care of everything at the dealrship...plates, insurance etc... Also, when I first went to look for a car, they had a sale going on. When I went back to buy the car, the sale stickers were gone. They still sold me the car for the sale price. Overall, a great experience.
