Great service experience

Had a recent excellent experience. They gave me a loaner car as I start work too early for the shuttle. Did a great job on car - very happy.

Excellent shopping and purchase experience

Stopped in "just to look" at a few models we were interested in driving. Our sales rep., Mark, did a great job explaining the features of several new models, and the great pre-owned inventory allowed us to drive and compare several vehicles from competitor brands that we were considering. With no pressure, we were able to secure a great deal on the model of our choice. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

You take the worry out of car buying

I cannot say enough about all the good things that happen when I decide to purchase/lease a car. Bob really listens to my wants, needs and desires and finds just the right car for me. This is not my first car and it certainly will not be the last car I buy from Bob at Nemer. He finds the right car, the right price and I have every confidence things will be fine. It's the little things like setting the radio to my favorite station, setting the passenger seat for my husband and setting my bluetooth up that makes a good situation great. Thanks, it makes a difference.

great to work with!

Leased a 2014 Jetta and it was an extremely smooth transaction. Worked with VW credit to get the payment I wanted. Nemer's schedule free maintenance is also excellent! I would certainly do business again.

2013 VW Passat TDI

Bob and the entire staff were wonderful! What a painless and quick experience I had. Would definitely go back to buy another vehicle in the future!

Volkswagen and Weinheimer's

I was converted to a Volkswagen vehicle when we had two dogs and I had to sell my sports car. The commercial with the two Weinheimer's leaping into the Jetta instantly converted me to a Volkswagen fan. Now, that was close to 20 years ago, and I must say that four Jetta's later, I am still thrilled with the Volkswagen line and so is our four legged family.

I'm one for the 6th time.

Service

They sold me tires at my last service 7500 miles ago, brought car in for inspection fail it because of one of the tires said i must of hit a pot hole and tried to sell me another tire for 167$ when i called the manager on it he started to yell at me told me if i didn't like it to leave and kicked me out of the dealership

Poor service repair!

I have brought my car to nemer a few times before with no major issues. However, I have brought my 4 year old car in 6 times in about 7 months, and multiple times within the last month for the same check engine light issue. Multiple attempts on different parts were fixed that cost me a lot of money and not to mention TIME! It was very inconvenient, especially since I was only offered a rental car once after the 4th time I brought it in because the shuttle car did not run at the times I needed to get to and from work. Issues like this should not be an on-going issue for months and months, and cost their costumers time and large amounts of money.
