In the past, I've had no problems with this dealership/service dept. Alejandro & Leonard were compassionate. However, the overall experience was not pleasant. There was a lack of proper communication, professionalism & quality customer service. I did not feel like a valued customer.

I brought my van to the dealership for a scheduled appointment on 3/1/21 @ 10:30a. I requested the shuttle service & Leonard took me home. That afternoon, I received a call from Christina who informed me of the work that needed to be done. She asked me if they could keep my vehicle overnight. And, I informed her that I needed my van back that day, due to the transportation I provide for work & school. She said she would contact my warranty company & have Jason (I believe that was the mechanic's name) start working on it right away. I agreed to this. About an hour later, I called back because I realized we had not discussed any costs for repairs. I was transferred to the service department, but no one ever answered. I made several attempts throughout the afternoon, but no answer. I also spoke with two operators who tried to reach someone, but no response. The operators even took messages for the service dept, but I never received a call back. So, I had my son take me to the dealership that evening. When I arrived, I spoke with Alejandro who told me (to my surprise) the service dept was closed. And, I was told no one was available in that dept. Overall, he was patient as I explained my frustration & transportation dilemma. He tried to help, but my situation was beyond his control. I even requested to speak with the service manager or ANY manager. I was given the contact information for Brian Gain, but was told he could not be reached that evening and I would have to speak with him the next morning. They never let me speak to any other manager, as I requested. However, I was referred to another salesman. I can't recall his name. But, the conversation got nowhere & was a COMPLETE waste of time for both of us. Finally, I sent an email to Brian G to see if he could help in any way. As mentioned earlier, he was not available. Meanwhile, I was without a vehicle that night and the next morning. As a result, my son lost a day of work, so he could help with transportation until I could connect with someone in the service dept. The next morning (3/2/21), my husband informed me HE had a missed call from the dealership??? So, I called them again. Christina said she heard I was interested in a rental vehicle. I explained everything that happened & that I needed a vehicle the previous day (as we had already discussed). She told me she left at 5p the previous day. Of course, this was NEVER communicated to me. So, she arranged for me to be picked up to get the rental car. While I was at the dealership, I asked to speak with Mr. Gain to see if he received my email. He said he responded that morning. But, to this day, I have not received his message. I got the rental car & Christina told me she would call me when the work was done. She also informed me that I would have to bring the van back to get my radio replaced. Again, I didn't hear from her for a few days, so I left a voicemail on "Billy's" phone. On Tuesday, 3/9/21, I finally received a call that my car was ready AND the radio had been replaced. I was heading to work at that time, so she allowed me to return the rental car is on Wednesday, 3/10/21. I hope this message gives you an idea of how badly I felt as a customer.

I came into the dealership not needing a Jeep, but if I got a decent deal I would take one I bought it for my daughter and it wasn't the typical back and forth, what payments do you want and what will it take for you to walk out of here today with a Jeep. I felt comfortable with what I paid and I think I got a decent Jeep.
