I enjoyed my visit to get oil change and tire rotation....

I enjoyed my visit to get oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out fast. I also needed a battery for my key fob and the person in the parts department went out of his way to install the battery.

Always good service except this time not as much.This...

Always good service except this time not as much. This time the service door was opened, I pulled in, and it took a while before someone came to the desk to check me in. That person seemed to be the only one really hustling. Also, didn’t get a sticker on my window to show when the next service was due.

I'm a repeat customer. Bought my 2015 Ford Edge from Marshall Ford and it was a great experience and great service with the service contract. Just recently worked with Jim Parisi in Sales for my 2020 Ford Edge. Both he and Gabe (finance) made the process easy and enjoyable. I'll be back again!
