Love my Dodge Ram dislike this Dodge Service.

Love my Dodge Ram dislike this Dodge Service. First word you fear is do you have an appointment regardless of the nature of the problem. More reasons why they can’t - I think they just have a computer that generates excuses. Good excuse not to buy a truck or car. Amazingly it’s been this way for years!

Avoid this dealership at all cost.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. I read the reviews about the bait and switch tactic and thought my experience might be different. It wasn't. I was told the truck I was interested in was still in stock at 2pm. at 3 pm. at 4pm. After an hour drive I got to the dealership at 430 pm. Got to the dealership and spent 15 minutes talking about financing, getting my drivers license etc. That's when they hit me with the "sorry we no longer have that truck, but since you're here, let's get you into something else in your budget." I drove an hour because I was promised the truck was available. Don't let them dupe you too. Norman, Juan, Jack....they are all in on it.

I own one of the most expensive cars that Ram makes which I purchased from this dealership and when I reached out for service I was greeted with a sorry we cant help you on my availability. I need my first oil change, a recall for the brakes and a clunking noise and I was told sorry on a Saturday that they don't do that work on a Saturday so I said can I come in and pick up a loaner as I work an hour plus away. They then told me sorry we don't have loaners nor give me a ride to work so I said how do I get my truck serviced and she told me good luck and pretty much they could not help me.

Do not do business with the dealership look at the condition of the car they gave me to test drive at $20,000 list price. LITERALLY HAS BLOOD IN THE VEHICLE LIKE SOMEONE DIED IN THERE. There is so much damages to this vehicle and their response was all of it CAN BE FIXED!!!!!

Received an email from Destiny that they were offering

Received an email from Destiny that they were offering $6000 over KBB to purchase used "qualifying vehicles". Explained I wasn't interested in wasting anyone's time and what would be "qualified vehicles". I sent photos of the vehicle, she stated they were very interested since used car inventory was low. Made an appointment for next day (today), was told vehicle was in excellent condition, and they offered lower than an offer I received from carguru. The salesman, and manager told me that I was "misinformed", and that the $6000 above kbb only applied to trade in on vehicles, not to a cash buy out. Clearly, not what her email says. Typical bait and switch car dealer. Do not recommend doing business with this dealership or their unethical tactics.

Scam alert ⚠️.

Scam alert ⚠️. Typical bait and switch dealership. "Yes we have it" over the phone. "Sorry we sold it 2 days ago" in person. "But for just a whole lot of money more, we can put you in something else" Buyer beware, stay away from this "stealership"

Deception-enabled Bait-and-Switch.

Deception-enabled Bait-and-Switch. We spoke by phone about a car. He suggested a second car for the same price. He texted me the address, and I sent my ETA. Upon arriving, I was told that neither car was available for sale. They offered me other cars, but then told me no financing was available for older cars, even though the financing tool was prominently on the page with the cars. So, the sales technique was to have me take three hours out of my day, there and back, in hopes I could be switched to a more expensive car and that I’d pay cash I didn’t have. It’s possible this is an isolated incident, but ask if he’s still there. If Jack Vincent still works there, you can be pretty sure that deception and bait-and-switch are the standard operating procedure for Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT at 7745 S Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.

I’ve bought a used 2022 Ford Maverick from them.

I’ve bought a used 2022 Ford Maverick from them. I told the salesperson on the test drive the seatbelt warning for the back seat was coming on. Was assured it would not leave the dealership till it was fixed I secured my own financing so it took 4 days They had plenty of time On the way home the warning light and the beeping started. I called the dealership and they told me it was my problem. Go to the Ford dealership. Very poor customer service. I bought two new vehicles from them. Never again. They also tried to add $2279 refurbishing fee which they eventually took off after trying to offer $200. Then $500 off the price Shameful be wary of this dealership the only decent part of the experience was the finance guy who actually seemed legit .

Sales Rep Ron Morice sold a vehicle out from under me

Sales Rep Ron Morice sold a vehicle out from under me while I was negotiating the contract. Management did not care. Be warned these are not good people to work with. If you look on their google review, even though they have a 4.3 they do this a lot. There are a lot of 1 stars that bring to light their dishonest practices.
