Took my Wrangler in for an overheating issue. RITA service advisor tells me she has “bad news” & I need a whole new engine & that my head gaskets were warped & quoted me at $13,000!!!! I said DO NOT TOUCH IT!” Took it took a Jeep mechanic & he put a new thermostat in & she runs perfect! WHAT A SCAM!!!!! HORRIBLE service department!!! I am now trying to get a hold of a manager & of course nobody will answer the phone. AVOID this stealership at all cost!

They wanted to give me pennies on my trade and then tried
They wanted to give me pennies on my trade and then tried to get me to sign for $987 a month for 90 months on a used $27k used jeep. Most disrespectful experience ever!! Mind you I went in there with a truck with a trade in value of 6300 and 4k cash in hand. Despicable!!

Bait & Switch to get you in the door, Stay AWAY!
Bait and Switch tactics to get you in the front door! Advertised several cars at good prices, called to confirm that the cars were available before making the long drive. Confirmation was received. Once I got there was told by a rep that the car was unable to be sold do to mechanical issues. Asked about the other two vehicles and was told the same thing. I asked to see the cars even though they were not able to be sold. They then admitted to not having the cars at all. Shady shady SHADY!

Nonexistent customer service. Good luck to anybody trying to reach an actual employee by phone except of course a salesperson. We traded in and bought a vehicle mid June. It took five weeks b4 they attempted to pay off my trade. Two days b4 a late payment was assessed a a hit on my credit report. By that time, the payoff quote had expired. I am still showing a balance due on the loan of my traded vehicle. Left multiple voice messages with no reply. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone!!!

Great Jeep Experience with Kim!
Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. Kim, my sales person, was a "Rock Star". This lady knows how to treat her customers & acts as a perfect liason between buyer & management. Honestly thought I was working with a manager until I asked her. She makes buying a vehicle fun, with her charisma, energy & expertise. If you're in the market for a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep, absolutely, hands down....see Kim B.

Can NEVER get ahold of the service department, took 10 mins. for the OFF SIGHT ANSWERING SERVICE to answer. I spent another 10 mins. on hold before the OFF SIGHT SERVICE came back on the line and took my name and number for them to call me back! They don't even have NEW CARS there? I was told by a Salesman, or should I say KID that all the new cars are on a lot behind the Honda dealership?????????????????????

So I ran across a deal for this van and inquired if the van was available. Was told that it was. I set up an appointment for today to test drive the vehicle. They even called me today to confirm that I was coming in and I said yes to drive the vehicle. It's still there correct? Yes, when my wife and I got there suddenly we were told the vehicle was determined not to be safe. But we want to show you a van for $10,000 more than this vehicle. This company should be ashamed of the way they do business. They knew I was coming from a distance and still pulled this stunt. People shouldn't be treated this way. It's just flat out wrong. Before I could leave a manager did offer to give me gas. I didn't want their gas money. I would prefer to see them stop treating people in this fashion. I normally don't post stuff like this. I just feel real strongly that people should know how this company operates and maybe they should avoid this company.

I recently bought a Subaru Forrester from this
I recently bought a Subaru Forrester from this dealership. Had it for one day and had problems had to have it towed back to the dealership. Even though it wasn’t under warranty, the dealership offered to look at it and see if they could fix the problem. They were unable to fix the problem and offered me a full refund, even though they did not have to, this is a dealership that stands by their products. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. The general manager (Richard Young) was incredibly understanding. This dealership has integrity, and I would trust them wholeheartedly to buy a car from them.
