Had oil changed but I always double check levels when I get home. The washer fluid reservoir was empty, antifreeze level low and oil cap was not on tight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I purchased RAM 1500 as the trade in my car.

I purchased RAM 1500 as the trade in my car. I agreed all numbers with sales person and next asked for financing. The person from financial department, the scammer cheated and lied me about financing options, he checked my credit score everywhere he could without my permission, my credit score decreased 100 points first. Then he added some protections, insurances without my permission. At home I double checked the contract and he added option for more than $4k. When I came back to fix it they started to play the game with me. One of the worst of my experiences with car dealers. I highly do NOT recommend that dealer.

Worst service!

Worst service! I brought my 2013 Fiat 500 in mid January because ABS and ESC lights came on. They supposedly fixed the problem. Two months later, the lights came on again and now they tell me they don’t work on cars 10 years old. I brought a 10-yr old car in for service and paid the bill. Now, 2 months later the car is too old to repair but they didn’t fix the problem is the first place. I asked for my money back and some clerk in the service department said I have to get a diagnosis of the problem.

Horrible Experience!

Horrible Experience! I purchase a 5 Series BMW site unseen (paid $30,000 cash) around the first of February, the sales girl and manager Jack lied about damage on the vehicle. I have text messages asking if there was any dings, scratches on the call and their reply no. It is March 13th, I still do not have a title for the vehicle or a bill of sale in case I get stopped by the police. I paid cash for the vehicle. I paid $1000 for delivery of the car if it was delivered in two days, it was 4 days. The delivery driver told me that he was on vacation until Monday so Jack knew the car was not going to be delivered in two days. Everything has been a lie and I am seeking legal action.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business let alone a car dealership. Hard to believe JEEP tolerates this place. Set up an appointment online to see a car that wasn’t even on the lot when I arrived. Tried to bait and switch me to look at other cars. Said car they advertised would be here in a day and they would call me. Asked for $1,000 deposit. Car didn’t show up for a week and they never called. They advertise upfront pricing but it’s a total lie. First question I asked was about added fees, salesman said dealer fee would be $998 period. Sales manager comes in and adds $1,298 “reconditioning fee” whatever that is. Advertised one price cash deal on internet only to have sales manager walk in and change it to $2,000 higher when I got there. All of these “add ons” were eventually taken off after much unnecessary haggling. They still owe me a second FOB which they promised in writing but won’t return phone calls now for a week. Will report bait and switch tactics to JEEP. Worst experience ever! Take my advice, look at the other comments (1.9 stars out of 5 stars on DealerRater) in addition to mine and go somewhere else.

Was lyed to for 3 days being told by GM Jarrod that they could get a used car from a "sister dealer" for me to drive. Gave a $500, "good faith" he called it, deposit. Got the run around in several communications every day saying it was coming today, then tomorrow... Never even got to see the car! Horrible customer service; I've never seen anything like it!! Carson was as helpful as he could be and Jarrod tried to throw him under the bus saying it was his fault!! Stay far away from this dealership!!

Would not recommend.

Would not recommend. Even just trying to service my vehicle and fix a warranty issue became a huge hassle. They rescheduled my appointment. Showed up to second appointment, after having my car for about an hour and a half the service tech came out and told me that I couldn’t wait for my car, they couldn’t give me a time frame on how long it would take to get to it. After trying multiple times on getting an answer to that my only option was to take a rental/shuttle and they would be in contact. When I pressed the issue in wanting a time frame they said it could be today, it could be tomorrow or even sometime this week I literally went in to have a piece of sunroof fabric out back in. Not acceptable in my opinion. If I would have checked the ratings on this place before hand I would never had went! Horrible ratings in every platform!

Purchased new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland.

Purchased new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland. Several issues with the vehicle. Attempting to contact the dealership to discuss service warranty. Get patched through to finance and left voice mail Tuesday and again Wednesday. No answer again Thursday so sent email via their contact link requesting assistance. Called again Friday morning no answer. Left message with operator asking for GM to return my call. Called again afternoon - no answer. Again, Saturday - no answer. No response to email. Trying to save ourselves a 1.5hr drive to the dealership to address something that could be resolved over the phone. Think you get the picture. Customer service after sale is completely lacking. I should have read other DealerRater feedback well in advance of our purchase. Post sale is just as important as presale. Either you gain a customer for life or they move on to other dealerships and recommend the same to their network. Disappointing to say the very least.

F for FAIL!

F for FAIL! **Dealership communication is trash. Avoid at all costs!! ** >Just like other Buyer out of state issues dealing with superficial and ineffective staff there. >Bought a Jeep GC in October 2023, 95 days late still awaiting my registration. Email to Management and phone calls etc go unaddressed. VM full. Seriously! Had to drive back 700 miles to get any types of answers. HORRID customer “care.” Accountability poor. Wasting tremendous amount of time and energy to just get my license plate. Given 2 inferior loaner’s while still haven’t heard about my own plate now January 22, 2024. Waiting on my registration LOL. Run don’t walk away! Never seen such a xxxxshow of B.S. 35 employees walking around and they can’t even get anyone to answer their phones …

*Service Department is awful* I had a recall on my 2023 Jeep Compass along with a maintenance issue on my cluster panel. I get my car back and recall is fixed but they scratched my cluster panel where my mph is displayed. I had a second appointment scheduled due to another recall to have reverse lines installed, I get my car back, no lines. I take it back a third time and Ron the service advisor told me his team did not scratch my car also, the lines were installed last service but no one turned them on or told me how to turn them on. My car is brand new, I have no scratches inside the car. I showed Jeremy my cluster panel the first time I dropped it off and there was no scratch, I get my car back and it’s the first thing I noticed when I stepped inside. Jordan, the second time, did not mention to me that I was responsible for turning the reverse lights on. He told me the recall had been fixed and to have a great day. Ron then assures me he will be there to talk to me when I pick up my car. Mind you, every time I took my car it sat there all day 9-4.. no updates unless you call yourself and no one seems to know what’s going on with your car when you do call. So, I was looking forward to finally talking to someone about all the issues that’s been going on. Ron says he will be there until 5:30pm. I arrived at 4:45pm right from work to pick up my car and I was told Ron “just left 5 minutes ago.” Very unprofessional. No one wants to help you out or seems to care. Even the ladies at the front answering phones don’t seem to be able to keep track of what’s going on. When I called to check up on my car they thought my car was in for a completely different reason and I had to tell her no that’s all wrong, this is why I’m here. Reading other reviews I see this seems like a pattern for this place. Will drive out of my way to go somewhere else next time.
