I've had really terrible experiences at a location that is much more convenient for me. The people at the Newtown Square location are polite, efficient and very friendly. I'm happy to go out of my way to work with them instead.

Friendly and complete service, easy to schedule, follow up was good. Wish they had a car wash for when my car gets serviced. It's a nice perk that this dealership is missing.

From start to finish service was quick and easy. I was accommodated with a loaner car as per my request which made the service appointment even easier.

I couldnt ask for better service everyone was very helpful i wish i just came to this place a little while ago when i started searching for a car, I was the most annoying customer who comes before they close by 30 mins and start test drive, but everyone was so patient Please thank everyone on my behalf Thanks again for the great experience

I bought a CPO GTi Performance Package from Matthew Valitski this past Friday. I drove 2.5 hours from NY to look at the GTi. I bought the car on the spot. Matt was very patient and answered all my questions. After receiving bad treatment from local VW dealers in Long Island I was ready to move on to another brand but I’m glad I went to Newtown Square VW for my purchase.

Leo did the scheduling and check in on the day of the service. He was friendly and efficient. I was told the wait for the inspection and oil change would be approximately 1-1/2 hours. I was checked out and in my car in an hour. I will recommend this dealership and definitely return. I also took advantage of the 20% off mid-week servicing. Very helpful! Later, when I returned home after errands, I realized the car had not been washed. Under YBH and Colonial, the car was always washed when in for service. Perhaps, the new company would like to continue this service. This is my third VW, all purchased at this location.
