Service manager was terrific and upfront about costs and how long service would take. She explained everything that was going to be done and the costs involved. Had loaner car waiting I was in and out in 10 minutes.

We are new to the area and took our car to Volkswagen of Newtown Square for regular service and a tire repair. When the tire needed to be ordered (unusual size) they immediately offered a loaner car until the tire on our tire was replaced. From the initial phone call to make the appointment to when we drove our car home the staff was terrific.

Sales Manager was terrific with the explanations of complete exposures of all charges. Nothing hidden, and all charges explained completely. Sales people were very patient, and answered all of my questions.
