The people who helped me both during check in and check out were very nice and helpful. The only feedback I have is that there seemed to be a discrepancy between the info I entered on the website to schedule my appointment and what the employees expected. Their system told them two different services that I didn't request but had one I did request. It also didn't notify then I had requested a loaner for the day. But the staff were quick to fix and got me on my way with a smile.
