Sales experience not bad. We purchased the Car , one thing before leaving the Oil Change message was on but could not reset. They said Oil was changed but just needed reset, they couldn't reset it & just go down street to Jiffy Lube & they would reset. They couldn't reset it & said it was reading back door open but wasn't and it would need further attention. I got it home & took to local Ford Dealer. We also only had (1) Key to Car. This model needs to have car several hours to program chip into Computer. So they said also that Rear Door would also need a Switch, which would have to be ordered. And while it was in there they said the Water Pump was leaking. So at this point We are still waiting for the Parts to come in & Car is still in Garage.

The guys helped out soo much, they were very professional and helped any way they could, I would highly.

Great service and very forward about pricing! The car started experiencing problems after driving off the lot. I called JNM and was told to bring it back. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it at no charge!!! I don’t know any other car dealer that would do that! Save yourself a hassle and buy your car from JNM!

Great experiences with Ali, Got all I needed to get the car I wanted, it was painless and effortless. Will come back again. Only thing I wish I knew was a tail light was broken, I didn't see when I was there due to rain. other wise customer service was great. SO far no other issues with the car.

Bought a 2011 Acura MDX for 10k around 2-3 months ago ran great until the alternator failed and I broke down in the street at 3am (I work overnight). I was worried that it was going to be a pricey fix as the mechanic that the car got towed to wanted 1k for the fix. I called up Ali and they agreed to fix the whole thing for only 150! Saved my bank account and even finished it all in one day! The people here are great, laid back, and efficient. Highly recommend if you need a used car.

Never have to worry coming to mohammed and his staff..he will go extra mile to make sure ur comfortable with ur loan and whole process..this is the 2nd time I bought a car here and I won't ever go anywhere else . I know mohammed is a honest religious man who does not screw over anyone...I would highly recommend traveling 1 hour 42 minutes to get a car and drive home happy
