We recently bought a Toyota Sienna mini van from JNM Auto Group in Warrenton, VA. Very pleased with our car. The first time we went to look at the car and took it for a drive, Ali was very informative about the car but no pressure at all. When we left, he said that he hoped we’d come back but if we didn’t that was okay. A couple days later we went back and asked if we could take it to a car repair place to have it checked over and Mohamed said that was fine. The car checked out fine, so we went back to the dealership and told Mohamed we decided to purchase it. He was very cordial, informative and friendly through the entire process. I went back a couple of times shortly after the purchase for a couple of minor issues and they took care of it very quickly as promised. Just a few weeks after buying the car we drove from Virginia to Florida and back on a vacation trip and the car ran great. We had seen their positive reviews and agree with them. JNM restored our faith in used car salesmen! Highly recommend JNM if you’re looking for a good used car with friendly sales people with no pressure!

Don’t believe the negative reviews…I had the best experience with this dealer. Above and beyond what I expect from car dealerships….responsive, courteous, not pushy…they were no pressure, very helpful and when we had an issue with the vehicle two weeks after buying, they fixed It quickly with no questions asked at no cost. They’ve earned my future business 100%!

I recently needed to purchase a vehicle. My online search for the vehicle of my choice landed me all the way from Texas to Virginia at JNM Auto Group. Initially, i was apprehensive about buying so far way and out of state. However, i made contact and made a trip to inspect and possibly buy the vehicle. I was so pleased that the vehicle turned out exactly as depicted and descibed online and the process as whole went very smoothly. Excellent customer service. TRUSTWORTHY! Honest and reliable. We bought two cars from them so far. No problem allowing us to getting the cars looked over by our mechanic and they fix any issues found, which are always minor. Highly recommend buying from them.

NO stars. This dealer is dishonest. Did not reveal all recent repairs. I bought "as is" but after only 200 miles the water pump died and the engine overheated. My mechanic said there were MULTIPLE things wrong that seemed to have been cosmetically repaired. I hate to call people liars but Mohammed is a liar and a thief. Be aware. DO NOT buy from this dealer. I am out 10K because they lied about repairs. I understand "as is" but the dealer flat out lied.
