I tried calling.

I tried calling. Can’t get anyone unless it’s a call center. I’ve been a customer at Nissan for 30plus years. I drop car off and it’s finished early. No! Not now. If wasn’t for free oil changes I wouldn’t be there at all!

Was in and out within 45 mins to an hour to get my

Was in and out within 45 mins to an hour to get my vehicle inspected so I was pretty happy that I didn't have to wait all day like some other places Iv been to

James Watty introduced himself right away.

James Watty introduced himself right away. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what I needed and found the car I was looking for. He was not pushy or overbearing as salesmen can be. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to find the car to fit my needs.

Prices have significantly increased.

Prices have significantly increased. $28 for labor for a light bulb replacement is too steep. Prices used to be reasonable and comparable to local auto repair shops but does not seem to be that way anymore. Likely will not return for maintenance work.

Hugh and Jared made this process so easy!! I walked in 30 minutes before closing and even though I kept them 2 hours past, they were the most kind and respectful guys! This is my first “adult” car purchase and I am so thankful Hugh, Jared, and the rest of Southern Team could give me the car of my dreams! :)
